Shelley is super friendly, super reassuring (if you’re a massive hypochondriac like me😂) & super down to earth. Doesn’t force nothing upon you, explains/talks you through absolutely everything . Top class woman & she’s a laugh. I defo would have a coffee with her outside of her profession, that’s how sound she is. 11/10.

As a returning client I knew I was in safe hands with Shelley. Professional as ever, Shelley reassured me and kept very patient and calm while I had a bit of a faint! I always enjoy my trips to see Shelly. It feels like meeting an old friend. The new premises are lovely and there is always a warm welcome. Shelly never tries to sell you anything you don't want and she always puts the client at the centre of her practice. If I wanted ordinary I'd could go to anyone, I'm happy to drive across the county for Shelly's service.

I moved from using a clinic in Cardiff to Shelley's clinic over 18 months ago. I had been using my old clinic for several years and was apprehensive to move. Shelley came with a wonderful recommendation from a good friend and as soon as I spoke to her and in turn met for a consultation it was no question that this was the right move. I really enjoy my visits to Shelley, she is so friendly and puts you at ease. This is not to be mistaken for any less knowledge, support and aftercare provided. I would be confident to try Shelley for any treatment. She makes sure you are informed of the pro's, con's, process, treatment and aftercare. We have such a giggle when I visit and yet she remains a true professional. I would recommend to anybody, she is awesome!

Shelley is a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. I’ve visited her clinic on a number of occasions and have always been very happy with the treatments and care I’ve received.

I travel from Kent to Hereford to see Shelley. That should say it all but just in case you need more, I do that because I have never been to a clinic that is so ethical, caring and produces outstanding results. I feel lucky to have found SFA.

I had a Clarity Facial with Shelley and my skin looks and feels amazing! I've seen 'Clarity Facials' offered elsewhere in Hereford, but this one is far superior, you really get 'the works'. Thanks so much - literally Shelley Folkes you are one honest person made me feel so relaxed and gave such good advice for my awful acne and what treatments to have. Never believed anyone would be able to help me like you have done. Forever spent years and years back and forwards to the docs over the counter and nothing worked. But 100% you treatments are amazing.

Shelley is brilliantly at understanding your skin concerns and selecting treatments accordingly. She is excellent at communicating and takes time to make suggestions etc. to help with skin issues between treatments! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars and so many more for how my skin looks and feels after Shelley's professional skin care.
