Great service from The Conservatory & window company. They supplied and fitted windows for my house, tidy and clean work, Great price and services. Also when had an issue with my old front door came straight out to help. Can’t fault and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting new window and doors.

Yet again we have just had amazing workmanship carried out by The Window & Conservatory Company. Sam has designed the most beautiful French doors for us , they are truly outstanding . We have used this company for 28 years, for which almost everything possible has been carried out by them, starting with replacing fascia boards, front & back doors, windows, patio doors, designing & building a fabulous conservatory and now our beautiful French doors. Oh, almost forgot to mention the very good quality blinds. Their workmanship cannot be faulted and the quality is superb. Kevin & Sam are so knowledgable in what they do and The Team certainly have so much experience when it comes to installing/fitting. It goes without saying that we would always recommend Kevin & Sam to carry out any aspect of window, door or conservatory installation. In addition they are very reliable and punctual, and the Guys leave the house so tidy on completion, all rubbish removed, windows cleaned and even the floors are vacuumed, you can’t get better than that!

Kevin and his team are professional, courteous and always willing to promptly sort out any little snags both whilst the work is under way and afterwards. We are very pleased with the service they provide. We have used them two or three times to date and will certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

We used The Conservatory & Window Company Ltd for an extension - Garden Room off the back of the house, including the tiling and the garden patio. We were so impressed with their professionalism throughout and how respectful the team were when working on our home. The job kept to the timeline agreed and the finish was of a high quality. Before starting this job, we asked family and friends for recommendations and not one person would recommend any of the companies that had worked on their home. I would definitely recommend Sam and the team. We have already had neighbours asking for their details as their work speaks for itself. We will always be very grateful to the whole team and feel reassured by the 10 year gaurantee, knowing that we can contact Sam if we have any problems.

We'd inherited a pretty decrepit conservatory when we moved into our house two years ago, and been struggling to find a way to sort it within budget. We were sent to Conservatory and Window Company as an accredited supplier of Warmroof, and Sam came out and came up with a full design of how to renovate the whole thing. Work has just finished on the build, and it was done to a good standard, in the timescales indicated, to the quoted cost, and with all snags completed with zero fuss. The only real improvement I think could be made is a bit more communication on who's coming to do what on any given day, but that's about it. Recommended.

Very poor quality of work. We had numerous leaks which they couldn't fix. We were compensated after two years of chasing them.

We used this local company for our new windows and we were very happy with them but a massive thank you to Kevin today. Our front door, which was not fitted by them , dropped and we were unable to close it. In desperation we phoned the company. Kevin came out and sorted it and refused to charge us !!! Unbelievable. Above and beyond service.

You learn a lot about workmen's behaviour. Two of these were brazenly swearing whilst walking to their van parked in Castle Court car park. They then proceeded to deliberately drive the wrong way, and dangerously so, out of the car park at speed.

Amazing service! Rang in a panic yesterday morning as my elderly mum had a problem with her door. Door fixed by that afternoon. Sooooooo grateful. Thank you

Had Kevin round to assess a job for us and he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me a really good overview of what was required and workmanship was top notch. Thank you very much, really grateful for your help!

Job never finished. New Door Panel and Garage Window The quality and workmanship of this company are excellent and I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the fact that the job was never actually completed as agreed. Plus the 6-8 week estimate turned into 18 weeks, although that could be excused considering the nationwide shortages currently being experienced due to Covid.
