A special shout-out to Alen, who not only oversaw the project to ensure seamless installation of the safety nets for most of my windows, she helped coordinate the installation of the sliding mesh for other areas (kitchen yard and gate). On the day of installation, Alen's team arrived on time and got to work like true professionals - the job they delivered is high quality, and they ensured every corner is secure before they left. If you are looking for a reliable team to keep your feline companions safe, I highly recommend their services.

Hired Alen from Cat people for cat proofing my ground floor huge balcony. With tall ceiling and a side gate. They did amazing job leaving no gaps for cats to escape. Also they did the side door framing so the door is not sealed shut. Very professional team. The whole project was finished very fast within 12 hours. Also they charge reasonably compared to other balcony meshing services. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to The Cat People for transforming the wall along our corridor into an awesome playground for our cat! Alen is our contact person. She is easy to communicate with, very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns that we had. She was also present on installation day to supervise the installation. The material used is solid and of high quality, with a variety of platforms and ramps to keep our cat active and engaged. Our cat now spends 80% of the day exploring the new vertical space. It’s clearly his new favourite space. It’s been amazing watching his confidence and curiosity grow. I highly recommend The Cat People. They are very professional and cat-focussed from start to finish! definitely cat Approved!

Thecatpeople were fast and meticulous in installing the necessary cat-proofing for my balcony. They didn’t leave any mess behind- because they had one guy vacuuming while the other did the drilling, which is something I really appreciated. I was actually mentally prepared to clean the debris but so thankful that I didn’t have to! Now my cats can enjoy the outside view safely.

We reached out to The Cat People to help catify our new home and create an integrated design that blends in seamlessly with our furniture and theme. Alen did a fantastic job throughout the whole process, and was open and receptive to feedback, wanting to better understand our cat and his behavior in order to come up with a design that would fit best. Alen was also very flexible and willing to work around our hectic reno schedule to find a time to have her people come down and install. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out, and we knew our cat Cheetos was happy with the final product too - he started using it on the first day after moving in! With Alen's close guidance, we managed to transition a very strong-willed feral cat to an indoor cat. Apart from the cat itself, she also gave advice on the environment, other household pets and the human aspect. She studied the environment carefully and advised on necessary preparations before starting transition. We had cat-proof mesh installed. I was skeptical at first but my fatty feral put all doubts to rest when he leaped 1.5m and clung on to the mesh swinging away. He was very disappointed and never attempted again. I communicated with Alen daily and she provided timely and very helpful advice. Alen also took the trouble to check-in on the human and gave much needed encouragement. It was a success after 63 days. He is such a sweet baby now. So grateful to Alen’s attention, wisdom and daily advice. We are now working on integrating the 2 cats in my home. I would strongly recommend Alen from the TheCatPeople especially for behavioral issues.
