The net done by the cat people. It is very sturdy and durable for an active cat like mine. Money well spend. It gives me a peace of mind that my cat can enjoy the view of the balcony due to the safety net that was installed professionally by The Cat People. Thanks you for doing such a great job!
Highly recommend the Cat People! They are truly Cat People! Allen was so patient in helping me design my cat wall for my 2 cats and giving me such precious advice on how to get my new kitten socialised with the older cat. They are now living harmoniously, enjoying the cat wall together. Thumbs up!!! 6 star!
Thank you so much for your kind review and recommendation! It truly means a lot to us.
It was our pleasure helping you design a cat wall that works for both of your kitties, and we’re so happy to hear they are now living harmoniously and enjoying their new space together.
Guiding pawrents through cat introductions is something we care deeply about, so it’s wonderful to know the advice helped. Give your two lovely cats a cuddle from us! 🐾

We had a wonderful experience working with Alen on a custom-built cat tree for our cats. From the very beginning, communication was clear, friendly, and professional. She really took the time to understand our space, our cats’ different personalities, and what would work best for both the cats and us.
The design process was collaborative and thoughtful, with great suggestions that showed experience and genuine care for animal comfort and safety. The final result exceeded our expectations — beautifully made, sturdy, and perfectly suited to our cats, who took to it immediately. The team who came to install did a great job and left the place spotless.
If you’re looking for a custom cat tree that’s well-designed, well-built, and created by people who truly listen, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We’re absolutely delighted with the outcome.
As a first-time cat owner with two cats in a compact space, the cat-proofing service from The Cat People made a huge difference. My balcony is now a safe and relaxing space, and my cats spend so much time out there just chilling and enjoying the fresh air.
The materials feel durable and high quality, the installation process was smooth and efficient, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality of work provided.
Alen was very responsive and professional, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended — happy cats and a happy cat parent!
Thank you so much for sharing this — it really means a lot to us 💛

I engaged The Cat People Pte Ltd to cat-proof my home, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish.
A special shout-out to Alen, who not only oversaw the project to ensure seamless installation of the safety nets for most of my windows, she helped coordinate the installation of the sliding mesh for other areas (kitchen yard and gate).
On the day of installation, Alen's team arrived on time and got to work like true professionals - the job they delivered is high quality, and they ensured every corner is secure before they left.
If you are looking for a reliable team to keep your feline companions safe, I highly recommend their services.

Hired Alen from Cat people for cat proofing my ground floor huge balcony. With tall ceiling and a side gate. They did amazing job leaving no gaps for cats to escape. Also they did the side door framing so the door is not sealed shut.
Very professional team. The whole project was finished very fast within 12 hours.
Also they charge reasonably compared to other balcony meshing services. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your kind review! 💛 It was a pleasure working on your beautiful balcony — the space came together so nicely, and we’re so glad you’re happy with the result. Our team always takes special care to make sure every corner is secure and functional (especially with side gates and tall ceilings!), so hearing your feedback really means a lot.
Wishing you and your cats many safe and happy moments enjoying the outdoors! 🐾

A big thank you to The Cat People for transforming the wall along our corridor into an awesome playground for our cat!
Alen is our contact person. She is easy to communicate with, very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns that we had. She was also present on installation day to supervise the installation.
The material used is solid and of high quality, with a variety of platforms and ramps to keep our cat active and engaged.
Our cat now spends 80% of the day exploring the new vertical space. It’s clearly his new favourite space. It’s been amazing watching his confidence and curiosity grow.
I highly recommend The Cat People. They are very professional and cat-focussed from start to finish! definitely cat Approved!
Thank you so much for your kind words! 💛 It truly warms our hearts to hear how much your cat is enjoying his new playground. Seeing him explore, climb, and gain confidence makes all the planning and effort so worthwhile.

We always aim to create spaces that are safe, engaging, and fun for our feline friends, and we’re thrilled to see your cat loving every moment of his new vertical world.
Wishing you both many happy, playful, and safe adventures together — may this become his favourite spot for years to come! 🐾

Thecatpeople were fast and meticulous in installing the necessary cat-proofing for my balcony. They didn’t leave any mess behind- because they had one guy vacuuming while the other did the drilling, which is something I really appreciated. I was actually mentally prepared to clean the debris but so thankful that I didn’t have to! Now my cats can enjoy the outside view safely.
Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re really glad the installation process felt smooth and hassle-free for you — our team always tries to leave homes as tidy as we found them. 😊 It makes us so happy to know your cats can now enjoy their balcony views safely and comfortably. Sending chin scratches their way from all of us at The Cat People 🐾💛

I first came across The Cat People some time ago and bookmarked their contact, knowing that one day I’d engage them when I had a place of my own. That day finally came, and although I didn’t have a huge space to work with, Alen was patient and attentive in understanding my cats’ behavior, likes, and needs before designing a space for them to lounge and retreat.
The fabrication and installation process was seamless, and I have no complaints at all. It was truly heartening to see my cats take to the new setup instantly—lounging comfortably and basking in the sunlight by the window.
Amazing team, thank you so much for creating such a thoughtful space for us!

We reached out to The Cat People to help catify our new home and create an integrated design that blends in seamlessly with our furniture and theme.
Alen did a fantastic job throughout the whole process, and was open and receptive to feedback, wanting to better understand our cat and his behavior in order to come up with a design that would fit best. Alen was also very flexible and willing to work around our hectic reno schedule to find a time to have her people come down and install.
We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out, and we knew our cat Cheetos was happy with the final product too - he started using it on the first day after moving in!
We highly recommend The Cat People anyone who's looking for high quality catification services!
