I have been with Tech Jeff for about 5 years now. I was desperate to find a new IT person, after depending on young men in my area who charged a great deal of money, and didn't always fix my problems with my computer. I found Jeff and have never looked back. He is one in a million in the IT world. He is incredibly bright in all things - watching him on my computer solving a problem is fascinating. In addition he is one of the kindest most empathetic people I have met in my lifetime. When I feel my world is crumbling down - because I am no longer connected to the internet, or the time I realized I had been hacked - he drops everything, and doesn't stop working online until he fixes everything, and I mean everything. Jeff has the highest ability and knowledge I have ever seen in any IT persons. If he does not fix your problem he does NOT charge you - but that does not happen. He does not price gauge at all - the very opposite. He charges a tiny amount of money. And unlike my previous young computer guys, he makes himself available. Through his website, just make an appointment, or like me - when I am freaking out - I call and leave a message on his phone. He gets right back to you. I got hacked really badly right before I found Jeff. I hired a local guy to fix this. He spent 5/6 hours straight fixing the hack. He actually made me more vulnerable by using a program that "stores" my passwords. He made many mistakes. This is when I was so desperate I found Jeff. He also had to work many hours - and he had to fix all the mistakes the local guy had made. The charge was next to nothing, and I have not been hacked or disturbed since. If you are tired of paying through your teeth to computer stores, computer geeks who are often arrogant - leave that behind. You have a great option to hire Jeff - who does not have an arrogant bone in his body, treats you with respect, and fixes any problem I have had - regardless if it's your computer, phone, printer, etc. There is no one else in USA remotely like Jeff. He gives me peace of mind - and lets me know that if I have the same problem again, just call, and he will help me. In these very hard times we are all experiencing, to have a Computer/IT guy who reminds you of the good old days, when you let people into your life to help you, who became your friend, who treated you with utmost respect, and has integrity, compassion, and empathy - Jeff is that person - who we all used to take for granted.

I am 65 and somewhat tech challenged! Jeff only charges seniors $59 for his services (after he's done!) vs. only $69 for everyone else. After scanning for viruses & malware, he then went out of his way to fix some internal stuff on my laptop!! Who does that? All I can say is try him out, you won't be sorry!

Jeff helped me out again. I spent the afternoon trying to figure out a printer problem, but finally contacted him to help me out. Problem solved quickly and inexpensively. New resolution: if I can't fix a computer issue quickly, I am going to ask Jeff for help.

I have relied upon "That Tech Jeff Online Computer Help" several times over the years. Sometimes, he helped me (or family members) during times of urgency - where his technical skills and ability to listen to our issues allowed him to fix us up. This past week, I took advantage of his 'Clean & Tuneup' service. All that I needed to do was be at my computer initially to give him access ... and he did the rest without me needing to be there at all. In the end, I had a report (and voicemail) explaining what he'd done and how much better off I was than before - and that was it! Jeff is amazing! And extremely knowledgeable. He helped me recover all the files from a corrupted drive that had wreaked havoc. And the price is right. He's the best!!!

I had Jeff check and clean my mother-in-law's computer and he was so patient and knowledgeable! It was a tune up/clean up and also my mother-in-law was very concerned about the cloud storage that was set up when she purchased the PC. She didn't want it anymore. And I just didn't want to deal with it (who does? we all work full time...)There were hundreds of Word documents saved automatically in it and she wanted to move them out and then remove the cloud storage program. (She didn't like it because she didn't understand it...) Plus these Word docs were in another language but Jeff was able to save them all, move them onto a more accessible folder and remove the program. It took a couple of hours but all during the tune up, he was kind and patient towards my mother-in-law and got the job done! If you have older family members or friends that need help on the computer and are afraid to face the daunting task of a tune up, book an appointment with Jeff! It is SO worth the money to have a professional take care of it!

5 or 6 years ago I utilized Jeff's services. My opinion is that he's close to the next best thing to oxygen. I was in my 60's and caregiving for my mother with dementia. I needed my computer functioning because I worked from home. His services provided are obvious that he is no amateur and he knows his stuff. His customer service etiquette is excellent, especially with the elderly, like me he had a lot of patience. He's a good guy and a talented computer technician.
