The Shotcount team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. There were a few issues with the initial install -- small parts where the paper tore or was wrinkled -- but they returned to ensure everything was perfectly aligned and properly installed. Word to the wise for those new to wallpaper: The cost of both the wallpaper and the installation will be *much higher than you anticipate. If you love the look of wallpaper and don’t mind the expense or headaches involved, Shotcount is a good choice. Otherwise, stick with paint. Wallpaper is not worth the hassle.

We hired shot count for wallpaper installation in a nursery and powder room. The nursery wall was perfect!!! Unfortunately, the powder room wallpaper had a printing defect and was a hard pattern for installation, which resulted in the need for a do over. To Shot Counts credit, they swiftly offered to strip the first paper and reinstall the wallpaper. They were thorough, sent multiple installers and verified every step of the way during the removal and second install. While our experience wasn’t seamless, I appreciate the team at Shot Count for stepping up, owning mistakes and making it right. I would recommend this very professional company and team!

Shotcount was very easy to work with. Scheduling was easy, the technician was on time and did a great job. The work was in two rooms and it was excellent. I am so pleased with the finished product and would use them again.

These guys do good quality work, but I would proceed with caution, as they are a challenge to work with from a scheduling perspective and will charge you more than what they quote you. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, January 5th at 10am. The installers showed up at 8am and did not provide any notice of their earlier arrival. Ben then told me I should have referred to the terms and conditions regarding "arrival time," and that there was no guarantee of a specific time. I did not receive the terms and conditions prior to them showing up. This was a major inconvenience as I had a previously scheduled commitment that morning before our appointment. I was provided with a quoted price of $486 for the install of a single accent wall. I then went to check my credit card statement and they charged me $513. I contacted the owner of the company, Ben A., regarding this discrepancy and have yet to hear anything back. It's not a huge difference in cost, but more the principle that you should pay the price you're quoted unless a change is mutually agreed upon.

Shotcount's communication and flexibility throughout the process was fantastic. Ben and Carla were great to deal with leading up to the install. Then to top it all off, their installer did an incredible job installing the paper. He even set back all the furniture and hung back the art! I will definitely be using them on future projects.

I've now had three rooms wallpapered from Shotcount and the work is outstanding! Two separate crews as well and a consistent quality of work and attention to detail. One of the rooms was with a premium wallpaper from Flavor Paper and the edges needed to be trimmed and absolutely no issues with uneven edges. For one of the rooms we also paid to have them patch the walls as we had a lot of damage with our plaster walls and the repair work was so fast and flawless. Highly recommend!

My Installer Robert and his helper were great! You could tell they've been doing this for a while. I had an issue with one of my custom wallpaper panels and he helped me problem solve to make sure that the mural turned out great! He even had to work around shelves hung on the wall and the paper matched exactly. Would've given 5 stars and my custom wallpaper that i shipped wasn't accounted for during my initial scheduled appointment, so they had to come back once it was found. But it was done in time and I was grateful!!

We have been through a wallpaper *ordeal* and I am SO glad we found Ben and his team at Shotcount. We had peel and stick wallpaper to install in our daughter's room--a big space, and a big investment. We started trying to DIY the install ourselves, but the pattern was pretty tricky and we realized we needed to bring in help. I gathered quotes from several local companies; some insisted on using their specialized adhesive even though that's not necessary with peel & stick (which we chose specifically because we want to have a lot of flexibility down the road as our daughters get older); others were so difficult to get scheduled or would go long periods of being nonresponsive; and still others quoted us prices much higher than Shotcount's, with fewer offerings/no insurance or guarantee. I reached out to Ben on a Friday in a last-ditch attempt; within 24 hours we had a technician booked to come out that next Tuesday. The day of install, the technician arrived right at 9 am. We had not yet had a chance to remove outlet covers or a curtain rod, but the tech assured us it was no problem and he managed all of that himself. He worked straight through lunch til about 2 pm, cleaned up everything, and stayed to make sure the install looked ok to us. We can't believe how perfect the walls look and how quickly he completed it! This was every penny well spent. We will absolutely be reaching out to Ben and his team the next time we need wallpaper installed; I can't imagine hiring anyone else after this experience.

These guys are top notch. Extremely professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Also very quick turnaround with getting scheduled. They have done 3 projects for me in my home and I always get compliments from guests about how amazing each one looks. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
