Invaluable Support for an IEC Visa Holder ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a newcomer arriving in Canada on an IEC visa, TDS Personnel was instrumental in launching my career here. From my own background in recruitment, I know finding the right fit for a candidate can be difficult, but TDS handled it with impressive efficiency. A huge thank you to Lindsey, who secured a great interview for me within days and supported me through the process. I successfully got the role and, after a 10-month contract, was offered a permanent position with the company. Throughout, Lindsey offered nothing but encouragement and was genuinely supportive of my success - a true mark of a great recruiter. The entire team, including Kathy, Bailey, and the admin staff, were consistently helpful, professional, and quick to respond to all emails and questions. I couldn't recommend TDS Personnel more highly, especially to other newcomers navigating the Canadian job market. They are excellent advocates.

Moving to the area and called to see what types of positions I could apply for based on my resume. When I called I was told all positions are listed online and to apply but then just sit around and wait. IF I match that role then I could talk to someone. I asked for help to talk to someone about what other job postings may be a match that I hadn’t considered and got told literally “nope” my only option is to wait for someone to MAYBE contact me. So no different than applying for jobs all on my own🤷🏼‍♀️

I had a very disappointing experience with this company, particularly with Sherry Boyle. She was condescending when I inquired about job opportunities and the employers they work with. I was also taken aback by her inappropriate questions about my age and where I’m from—neither of which are relevant to employment. Her attitude throughout the entire call was dismissive, demeaning, and unhelpful, which is especially surprising considering her role as a director. I expected basic customer service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience...based on the reviews seems like anyone else on the team was better, luck of the draw I guess. I appreciate your response; I made my point clear, and the number of people who also took the time to write a critical review about the same employee says it all. Maybe you should have a serious conversation or audit with your team/staff about why they continuously damage your company's reputation with their unprofessional approach, rather than requesting anyone who had a poor experience to get in touch.
