I was very happy with the job. They cleaned all the carpet in a room and got several stains and even took care of a rug while on site. They will be coming back twice a year to keep us clean! The customer service onboarding procedure was done in a friendly and professional manner, with all of the details explained and my questions answered. Clent did a really good job on my carpet. There was a coffee stain that had been there a long time and I wasn’t sure it could be removed. He worked his magic and the carpet is stain-free! He’s very pleasant to work with.

Clent Gregory came out at the time discussed. He was friendly and courteous. My carpets had some terrible stains that I never thought would come clean. That being said my carpets look amazing! He had 4 large rooms done in approximately 2 hours. He got out every stain. Besides doing an awesome job he was more than $60 bucks cheaper than the competition. Oh and that well known company that advertises 3 rooms for $133 has a $175 buck minimum so the math ain’t mathin. If you want clean carpet at a great price go with Luxor!
