Stellified Ltd offers a very professional and efficient service. I would definitely recommend James, Craig, and the team for any Web Design and Digital Marketing you require. The team has helped me with a new startup business to include developing a website and helping the marketing to stay current, I am looking forward to growing my business with them. POOR COMMUNICATION & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I made an enquiry with these guys to takeover our existing site, they asked for some login details for it then I never heard anything back from them. When I called 2 weeks later to ask for an update they said they had called me and and I didnt answer so they thought I wasnt interested.... Really strange to think that someones not interested in something they have enquired about just because they didnt answer the phone on one occasion when you try to call, they didnt think to leave me a voicemail so how would I even know they called!! When I said I thought that was a bit strange and didnt really add up they said they are not going to be told off by me and hung up! Certainly not a good way to treat a new customer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE _______________________________________________________________ How do you expect someone to come back to you when they dont know you've called? I dont believe you tried calling at all but if you did then you certainly didnt leave a voicemail. Then to hang up on a customer for calmly explaing they are unhappy with your lack of communication and poor excuses falls way short and is no way to treat a customer.

Extremely helpful team with some innovative ideas. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Always keen to listen and they address any issues quickly with a caring attitude. My website improved it's ranking with the help of their SEO expertise.

Stellified manage the BUTEX website and are a wonderful bunch! They are always available to provide help and support with the various different tasks we need our website to manage. They provided some fantastic training to teach us as much as possible to ensure we can manage most tasks on our website independently, but they are always there to answer any questions and provide the necessary technical support when required.
