Keith was the perfect person to help fix my adjustable bed. He listened and explained what my options were. He recommended I watch a you tube video by The Adjustable Bed Doctor, which was very helpful. My bed now works better than when it was new. Yes, I would recommend genesis warranty!

We have a 25 year old Orthomatic adjustable bed that the head raising motor went out and the remote didn't work. We were referred to Genesis by Comfortaire, and after checking out their website and Youtube channel, we contacted Keith, the main man at Genesis. After determining the proper parts needed, and seeing that I might just be capable of their replacement, we ordered those parts. Installation was straightforward by the videos posted, and Keith was VERY helpful by phone for the few questions we needed clarification on. With Genesis' help, we were able to restore our bed to full function. A new bed like ours' replacement would run about $9000, and we are back like new for less than $2000! Many thanks to Keith and his staff at Genesis Warranty Solutions! I am not very mechanically inclined, but Genesis' plug n play parts were easy for even me to install. If your adjustable bed needs repair, give Genesis a shout out, their customer service is top notch. Sincerely, Bill F, Indiana

They were quick to reply to my initial emails asking if they had a replacement remote that was compatible with my bed. Keith told me that they had a compatible remote and even gave me a price for it. When I asked them if they shipped to Canada, he told me they do not, and that was the last I heard of him. I sent a couple of more emails asking if he could tell me what the make and model of the remote is so I could find it in Canada, but he refused to answer. I understand that I can’t be their customer, but I found it odd that they couldn’t even help me out and tell me the make and model even though they have the information readily available. I tried calling a couple of times during business hours, but nobody ever answered, and it always just went to voicemail.This might speak to what it would be like if you actually did order from them and had any issues or warranty problems in the future.

Sorry, Paul. Our security filters block out of the USA emails and phone calls. When you did reach someone here, you were told that we do not ship outside of the United States. US part numbers are not compatible with Canada parts. So your review is pointless and without merit. if you read our reviews here, it’s quite the opposite of your assumption. You will need to find a parts dealer in Canada.

WOW! Donna has made me a raving fan. She worked with me to determine the problem when my adjustable bed remote stopped working, and then was able to immediately find the parts that I needed. Also, she didn't attempt to "up sell" me ... she helped me determine what I REALLY needed, and only pay for that! Phenomenal customer service!

I have a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed with a corded remote that I purchased many years ago. The remote-control feature stopped working. Therefore, I called on a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed representative and was informed that there was no fix to my issue. This was because replacement parts are no longer available. It was suggested that I purchase a new Craftmatic Adjustable Bed at a cost of around $3500.00. I did not think too much of that idea, so I searched on-line for a better solution to my problem. I then discovered Genesis Warranty Solutions and consulted with Kieth Crenshaw who offered me an affordable solution. We replaced the remote-control box and the corded remote-control with a battery operated remote-control. After resolving some software issues, the unit worked reliably and flawlessly. The repair cost less than $500! Keith Crenshaw impressed me with his friendliness, honesty and relentless pursuit in solving the initial software issue. His proactive approach to problem solving was and is appreciated If you have an adjustable bed issue, do yourself a favor and contact Genesis Warranty Solutions!

Listen up folks....This company is rare in its customer service. I have a casper adjustable bed that has Richmat parts (power supply, control box, etc.). Casper referred me to a company (which I won't name here) for replacement parts, but I was not comfortable because all of the communication was via email (something just did not feel right to me). This led me to do an online search to see if I can get the Richmat parts from another company, and that is when I found Genesis which I know was a divine intervention from God. I saw all of the positive reviews (especially about Keith) and knew I needed to contact Genesis. I contacted Genesis via email (included photos of my parts) and received a call from Keith the next day. He listened to me; he had compassion; he provided his expert opinion and suggested which parts I should get which were the control box and power supply. I felt the peace of God in speaking to Keith and decided to purchase the parts. While we were still on the phone he emailed the quote to me and it included a 1-year warranty!! He also emailed a link to a video that demonstrated how to pair my remote and install the new control box. I received the new parts via FedEx 3 days later and to my surprise a new cable for the foot & head message was also in the box. I had no problem pairing the remote, installing the new and hooking up the cables. My adjustable bed is now working like brand new. I am so grateful to Genesis and especially Keith for his exceptional customer service. This company is a keeper! Genesis' contact information is locked in my iPhone. Thank you Genesis and Keith!

Our English Bulldog puppy chewed a few wires on our adjustable bed base. I reached out to Genesis Warranty Solutions and their parts gentlemen very knowable and helpful. He knew what parts I needed and shipping was fast. I installed the new parts and everything fit and worked as it should. Thank you so much!!

Genesis warranty is fabulous!! I called and spoke with Keith, he was unbelievably helpful. After trying a few things he got me the replacement part I needed and had Tim, who is also fantastic, come out with in 2 days and install the part because I needed it ASAP and now my bed is working again. I am truly thankful to have found Genesis warranty. I will definitely use them again. Thank you again Keith and Tim.

Keith personally answered my call and very politely and patiently helped me with information to resolve a problem with my adjustable beds. I am truly impressed with his concern for me as a customer and the time he spent with explaining the information he gave me. Original foot actuator failed and that part has been discontinued. Genesis Warranty Solutions (GWS) had the replacement part and shipped it quickly. We had some minor fitment issues, and Kieth at GWS patiently guided us the simple solution. Part fits and bed works great. GWS has been top notch from ordering to installation. We cannot recommend GWS highly enough, their customer service is without peer.

If I could give more stars, I would. I worked with Keith and not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he was personable and friendly. From the first 30 seconds of the call, I immediately knew my problem was going to be solved. He went out of his way to help. Shipment was very fast, and true to his word, he fixed my problem. If Keith can't help, it probably can't be fixed.
