nice place with an international environment but unfortunately the studio is full of silverfish. we asked for spraying but the management only offered paper traps which didn't help at all..

Gran lugar, buena ubicación en la ciudad, hay varios mercados y restaurantes cerca a menos de 15 minutos a pie. Buena calidad de las habitaciones, existen varios tipos de habitaciones a elegir. También cuenta con excelentes espacios como lavanderia y de ocio como gym, cuarto de cine, cuarto común de chill que puede tener mesa de billar y ping pong, se realizan a menudo actividades abiertas para todos los residentes. Además cuentan con excelente sistema de seguridad. El servicio al cliente a veces puede tardar un poco en responder pero tienen un staff muy atento. Volvería a este lugar sin ninguna duda

Great hotel, central to needs and wants. Mix of patrons which is always nice. The breakfast was by far better than most other hotels. Meininger hotels could learn much from this model. Plus the bacon was fully cooked and they had Hafer milch/ oat milk.

Ultra cool and modern student residence which doubles up as a hotel. It’s very well situated, very close to the Cathedral island,in a renovated and enlarged historic industrial building.
The interior design, modern, playful and colourful is an integral part of the whole project. 24h free gym, extensive communal areas, kitchens in every floor and even a minigolf!

I really liked the room, it was clean and the views were amazing. I found the location of the hotel perfect. It was super easy to go anywhere from the hotel. Also the staff was very friendly.

Real student stay in the center of Dortmund
☺ Big hotel, parking, the location is in a very lively area even in the middle of the night it was full of people
☹ A bit difficult to check-in, noisy, it looks like a real student camp, and the design of the rooms looks like an unfinished job. Also a bit expensive for what it offers.

☹Abends hingen vor dem Eingang Jugendliche mit Wodka trinkend rum, die später dann mit den Flaschen ins Hotel gingen. Sehr sehr lange Flure im Industriedesign, nichts für Gehandicapte. Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Zum Frühstück gab es leider kein frisches Obst oder Brot. Wasser und Ziegenkäse musste ich erfragen. Auf die Rechnung musste wegen Druckerproblemen beim Checkout gewartet werden, obwohl dies am Vorabend zugesagt wurde, dass diese dann bereit liegen würde

They accept no cash from students or clients. There are a lot of students they have cash, not German (visa/master supported) bank account for the first weeks of they stay to reserve the room. But the other services are pretty good for now.

Alles super und noch besser als gedacht! Sehr stylisch und modern, großzügiges Zimmer, Bett und Bad für Preis deutlich unter 100,- € - wow! Tolle Bar mit zahlreichen Speisen und Getränken mit flottem Service. Komme sehr gerne wieder, die direkte Innenstadtlage war top und Parken für 12 €.
