Sammy has been participating in this program for over three years and it has made a difference in his everyday life. He is excited to go over week and tells everyone he is getting strong. We also feel like it has improved his listening and following directions skills. During his workout he has to pay attention to what he is being told and we see that transferring over to both school and home. We have also been told by his PE teacher at school that his stamina during class time is noticeably better than before he started. This is something I would recommend to any parent that has a child with special needs.

Our family loves Special Strong. Our 17 year old son has been apart of this program for over two years and we have seen such changes for the better. Not only does he have confidence in himself, gotten strong, lost weight but this workout has also helped his occupational skills, physical skills and his cognitive abilities. We are beyond thankful for this program.

My son has been a part of special strong for five plus years. It has made a tremendous difference and his strength, coordination, and balance. Not only has there been a physical improvement but there's been an emotional and mental improvement too. His self-confidence has increased greatly. My child would not be the same without special strong.

Special Strong is a compassionate and professional service that I would personally recommend to anyone who needs an adaptive fitness program. My brother's trainer, Dylan is always on time, keeps us in the loop with texts and gives my brother a workout that he loves. My son, who has a brittle bone condition, worked with Daniel for six months to develop custom workout programs that are safe and increase his strength and endurance. We absolutely love Daniel. He is very supportive and understanding about the challenges that result from my son’s condition and was flexible to accommodate recovery workouts when fatigue or injuries (not due to the workouts) occurred. He covers everything from proper workout form, safety, nutrition and even additional supports as needed. The workouts are fun too. Most of all, he is a real mentor that has helped my son cultivate the habit to be responsible to care for his body so that it can last him a lifetime. We highly recommend Daniel or anyone from Special Strong.

Special Strong has such amazing team and coaches. Our autism son was so much more relaxed, confident and happy in the tough teen years with these workouts. The workouts build strength, agility and more in a fun routine that meets the individual's needs. Highly recommend doing a trial class. You'll be begging for more.
