Absolutely terrible customer service. Only reacted when threatened with a chargeback. Disgusting.
I purchased a gift certificate on June 11th, but when, in 24h, I received no proof of purchase nor the certificate itself by email as the website indicated I would, I called to inquire. I was told that I would get it by end of day or the next morning at the latest. 24h later, still nothing. I call back and get promised that I will receive it by the end of the week. By week's end, still nothing. I called again but there was no reply. A few days later while out of the country, I wrote to them via a contact form on the website. No reply. Another week later, I emailed the reception address indicated online explaining that without proof of purchase and the gift certificate, I will do a chargeback on my credit card. Again, no reply. Before beginning the chargeback process, I call one final time and leave a voicemail explaining as such. ONLY THEN DID THEY REACT. They left me a voicemail tonight from an unknown number (if you're a professional business, call clients from your business listed phone number please) saying they've just sent the gift certificate. I did in fact finally receive the gift certificate, but only after nearly 2 months of stress. Unprofessional, despicable service. Lost a client forever.
