The spa is spacious and luxurious they have different services. I personally tried manicure for me and my daughter. Mallory was our technician. She is really sweet and polite. She helped me choosing the color and suggested what suits my skin. Try to take her appointment ahead of time.

Pire expérience / Worst experience
Team extremely rude. You book a massage for 50min, there is a mix up in the time because of an error from the front desk that they recognize initially by showing you their screen and comparing the time to my confirmation email. But then when after the massage you ask why you are being charged for the whole massage while you only had it partially (missing 15min over 50 paid for), they accuse you of being late and be responsible for the mix up, changing their whole storyline. They even suddenly refused to show me again their screen (which was proof I was right), stating repeatedly I should have known better and come more in advance. I tried to find a mutual solution which has been denied: No refund, no discount for the next time, nothing.
Either the business model is to steal people or they are incompetent.
I have friends who also had a weird experience there a few days before.
Avoid at all costs.

I am sorry how you feel, but our professional massage therapists are entitled to provide excellence in customer service, and a service that our clients deserve. However they also run on limited time, and if the treatment time have started, and client was not in the room, it reflects on the appointment time yes.
if there was a chance to move the appointment further in time, we will gladly do it, but if the therapist is booked right after, it is not possible to accommodate.

I have been coming here for 20 years and was always proud to refer it to friends and family . I unfortunately can no longer say that. The gradual decline in front of house/ reception and lounge customer service needs to improve. In part I am writing this to support the great estheticians that decided to remain. They routinely do not get tips from the envelopes suggested we leave them so please tip in person.
The lounge used to be an oasis- yes- fit for a diva as the name implies. However, new management has replaced the relaxing beige and sandy tones to kitschy blue and throws and cushions.
The water stains on the ceiling in the manicure room have been there for months - how depressing for the staff. The rotating stream of new hosts in the lounge- more interested in their phones and talking to each other rather than taking care of customers- is now a big turn off- long for better days gone by… please treat your team with respect, don’t force them to work longer hours if they are supposed to be off and fix the doors that don’t unlock/ lock!! A little good taste and investment in training and decor will greatly improve the customer experience!!

I am not sure about what you meant for the envelope tips, as every client that likes to tip, we put the money in a small brown envelope and hand it to the therapist/hostess/esthetician etc.. but everyone get their tips fully!
I’m sorry the blue throws didn’t satisfy your taste in the lounge, but we chose those blankets to make sure that our clients get clean surface to sit on while they relax and lounge, knowing they are clean and hygienic all the time.
The water stains on the ceilings are from the water pipe blast that we had and we are still dealing with insurance company, that’s why it hasn’t been painted yet.
I do apologize for the hostesses being chatty when they should be delivering excellency in customer service and will speak to them to improve, however we don’t overwork the employees, I’m really not sure how you got the impression that we do!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Only reacted when threatened with a chargeback. Disgusting.
I purchased a gift certificate on June 11th, but when, in 24h, I received no proof of purchase nor the certificate itself by email as the website indicated I would, I called to inquire. I was told that I would get it by end of day or the next morning at the latest. 24h later, still nothing. I call back and get promised that I will receive it by the end of the week. By week's end, still nothing. I called again but there was no reply. A few days later while out of the country, I wrote to them via a contact form on the website. No reply. Another week later, I emailed the reception address indicated online explaining that without proof of purchase and the gift certificate, I will do a chargeback on my credit card. Again, no reply. Before beginning the chargeback process, I call one final time and leave a voicemail explaining as such. ONLY THEN DID THEY REACT. They left me a voicemail tonight from an unknown number (if you're a professional business, call clients from your business listed phone number please) saying they've just sent the gift certificate. I did in fact finally receive the gift certificate, but only after nearly 2 months of stress. Unprofessional, despicable service. Lost a client forever.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for 8 years. Their service is really friendly and the place is really beyond beautiful. I have tried many different services and they are all performed perfectly. The aestheticians also listen to your needs, take their time, and I am always happy with results.
I usually get a Swedish massage and feel amazing afterwards. The wax they use is good quality and performed very well from Larissa. The facials are amazing too! I highly recommend Spa Diva. I always go back :)

The treatments are nice and relaxing. Customer service when calling can be like pulling teeth. I had the receptionist repeat back to confirm what we spoke about and I received a confirmation call about 5 minutes later with all the wrong information. When I called to get an invoice for my insurance, as it was filled out incorrectly, I was told each time they would call me back or email me- neither of which has happened and that was almost two months ago that I got the service.

Friendly staff, amazing chocolate wrap massage. They offer chocolate dipped strawberries in the lounge and beverages. You park in the mall and they cover your parking ticket.

Fabuleux. Je suis passée par hasard, et ils avaient une place pour un massage. Endroit très luxueux, vous avez une chambre style hôtel pour vous déshabiller et stocker vos choses. Puis vous patienter dans un jardin zen le temps que la masseuse vienne vous chercher. Shella a été super. J’ai beaucoup aimé mes huiles qu’elle m’a proposé. Je reviendrai

This is my absolute favorite place to have a massage. I've never had a bad massage, but my favorite part is the lounge room where you can sit and relax before or after your massage and enjoy water, coffee, strawberries and nuts (all included.) It's a great place to go with friends and hang out after massages. You can also take a shower in your private room. You can even order food and wine in the lounge room.

It was the first time I had an aromatic anti-stress massage therapy, I adored it! Thanks to the whole staff at Soa Diva. They put a lot of attention on what you need and they provide lasting results.
Michelle, the therapist was amazing! Excellent knowledge and touch with the perfect pressure. She knows how to help relieve the pain and it is definitely a massage "therapy" session not just a "relaxing spa" session.
Huda, the manager, who was professional, gentle and very talented. She made herself available to welcome guests upon their arrival and made sure to make them feel assured that they are in good hands, handled with extra care. I felt so pampered before, during and after the therapy session with all the great amenities and provided services from the start till the end.
In one word is an amazing place.
I couldn’t dream of a better first experience, and definitely recommend!
