For my first time having a bikini wax it couldn’t have gone better! Loredana was so lovely, made sure I was comfortable, and was super quick! The results were great and have defo made me want to have another. The facilities are so pretty, clean, private, and easy to get to. Absolutely will be back for more from here!! xx

Update July 2026: I went for my first laser session at Loredana's new premises yesterday in Wycombe. She has done a wonderful job of creating a warm, comfortable space that is totally private. The service was topnotch, as always; Loredana is always a professional, explaining and checking in to make sure her client is at ease throughout the treatment, which I really appreciate. Even though it's 20 mins or so from where I live, the new premises allows a more personal experience and I am glad that I've been able to continue my laser journey with Loredana- it's definitely worth the travel and I'm looking forward to my next treatment :) .. Visited for my first laser treatment today after a consultation last week. Vanessa was on reception and welcomed me both times; having such a friendly welcome really put me at ease! Loredana, the laser specialist, is also very welcoming and explains everything in easy terms, which is great for someone like me who has never even had a wax before! Today, in my first session, she went over all I needed to know and practically held my hand through a process I've never experienced before. It was super quick and painless, just a rubber band snapping on my skin as she had described. Thanks so much, SLS, I'm looking forward to seeing you again for my next appointment :)

After months of feeling self-conscious about my skin, I came across SLS Beauty Clinic in High Wycombe. I booked my first appointment with Lore, and from the moment we started talking, I felt understood. I have eczema and very sensitive skin, so I was quite worried about trusting anyone with my skin. Lore was incredibly calm, patient, and professional. She took the time to talk through my concerns, explain all the available treatments, and recommend what would be safest and most effective for me. Her approach immediately put me at ease. When we began the treatment, she explained every product she was using and checked in with me throughout. She even noticed a skin issue I wasn't aware of and kindly advised me to seek specialist advice. She worked carefully around it with great attention and professionalism. The treatment itself was wonderful, and the relaxing massage at the end was amazing (I even drifted off for a moment). I’m truly grateful for the care and expertise Lore showed.
