We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and are glad to hear the injury was not more serious. Safety is extremely important to us, and we take any incident like this seriously.

After reviewing the video footage provided, we were unfortunately unable to determine how the firework had been set up or secured prior to ignition, which is a key factor in safe operation. We also shared the footage with the manufacturer, who advised that the firework would not perform in that manner if set up and secured correctly.

Despite this, we acted in good faith and arranged a refund for the product along with a goodwill gesture on your behalf. We did carefully consider your request for additional compensation; however, based on the available evidence, we were unable to support this further claim.

We always recommend that all fireworks are set up in line with the safety instructions provided, including being placed on a flat, stable surface and properly secured before use.

We remain open to resolving matters amicably and encourage you to contact us directly if you would like to discuss this further.
