I am a new patient and so far so good! The procedure that will be done is discussed prior to doing it. Sandra is wonderful, thorough and professional. The admin staff (I don’t know their names yet) are friendly. The dentist was nice.

Dr Damji and his team of professional assistants are very focused on giving every patient the best care possible. They are kind and very empathetic. I have never felt rushed or a nuisance when I have asked my multiple questions. I have been treated with kindness and respect. The front office staff are also extremely helpful, supportive, and very efficient. I am very grateful for such excellent care.

I went to other places to get quotes for my daughter's orthodontics and they were willing to do it. However, when I visited Seton family dental centre, the dentist was very honest and talked me my daughter does not need orthodontics yet and she needs to wait for around 2 years. These people are very professional and do not want just get your money, 100% I will go again in 2 years for my daughter's procedure

Very good and friendly service from the receptionist, hygienist/technician and dentist. I went for my 6 month teeth cleaning. They asked if I could update them on any medical issues that occurred during the past 6 to 12 months. I provided all the info they wanted. They also wanted to update the x-rays they had in file for me but I said I did not want to, for reasons that were understood. The cleaning was done nicely and the dentist came to check at the end. I am very pleased of the results. My wife and I have been using this clinic for 3 years and never had any issues.

Careless and not sympathetic. That's all I felt. Need sympathy and care? Then I do not recommend. They do the work though.

I’m a very anxious patient and have been experiencing dental pain/discomfort for months and SFDC got me in right away. I saw Dr Piccoli and she was thorough, took the time to explain what may be happening with my dental issues and she calmed me right down with her professionalism, demeanour and wit. The office issued a referral immediately to a specialist and Dr Piccoli did not want to perform any unnecessary procedures until the exact problem could be found. I have never experienced this magnitude of customer service and care from the dental profession before and I will be recommending this clinic everywhere I go and obviously will be returning to complete remaining problems, cleanings etc.

I've been really nervous to go to a dentist for a number of years and so my teeth are not in great shape. My little sister brings her family to this clinic so when I had a crown fall out I called them.
They got me in very quickly and took X-rays: I spoke with a dentist, and was scheduled to have the remaining tooth extracted. I was now SUPER nervous...but they were just as great as when i first went in. The procedure was quick and relatively painless, Dr. MacArthur and Dr. Damji were both very careful and obviously really skilled, very caring and explanatory about what was happening.
I think all of the staff there are wonderful, they've gone out of their way to help make things work for my daughter and I. It's a beautiful office space as well.
Very grateful to have met them all and will definitely be back.

Great experience with my kids, who had a fear of the dentist. They have the option of nitrous oxide gas which really helped my anxious songet his broken tooth fixed, after trying several other dental clinics. They did an amazing job. Staff are lovely.
