Dealing with blue scope to build the website for powerlifting Ireland was straight forward and stress free thanks to Ciaran and his team . They took all the info we wanted and made a website that went above and beyond what we imagined . We are delighted with the end result . From start to finish the ease of communication was awesome . Everything was explained and delivered on time without fail . If your looking for a website to be built then blue scope is your one stop shop and I would highly recommend.

From the first meeting with Ciaran I knew we were in the right place . The transparency of what was on offer in terms of service was extremely clear. The attention to every detail of what we wanted was not only matched but was exceeded every time without fail.the website design was simply above and beyond what we expected . The design team done an unbelievable job and we couldn't recommend bluescope any higher and have been asked repeatedly who has so e our website in which case bluescopes details gave been passed to them . Couldn't be happier with the support I got from Bluescope! Before talking to them I had planned an elaborate (and expensive) wifi solution for my external home office. They explained to me how, based on the distance I had to cover, it was going to cost me more and result in slower speeds than if I ran a hard line (something I thouht would be more expensive!). Thanks to Bluescope I have more than 3x the speed for half the cost of what I was planning! Thanks guys!

Very disappointed with their service this year. Having paid in full for 10 hours work, they only visited our school for one hour. On the day of renewal I rang for a simple job to use up some more hours and they refused to do any work without paying for another full 10 hours. Very poor business strategy I think and very uncharitable.

Firstly, we understand your frustration regarding the hours and the timing of your request. When you initially purchased the block of 10 hours, we informed you that those hours were valid for one year, as per our terms. On 19/09/2024, we also sent a reminder about the upcoming expiration on 26/09/2024 to give you the opportunity to use or renew your hours. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response before the expiration date. As your hours had expired, we were unable to schedule additional work on the same block. While we couldn’t extend the expired hours, we did offer the opportunity to purchase a new block at a 15% discounted rate as a goodwill gesture. We always strive to be transparent with our policies and ensure our clients have clear expectations regarding service delivery. Communication was impeccable from day 1. Ciaran was clear, concise and outlined exactly what we would need and how long it would take. We were in a big hurry and he was able to accommodate us at short notice to get the job done. Have been using the system for just over a month now with no issues.

What an absolute breath of fresh air! Ciaran and the Bluescope team have been so easy to deal with. Quick and easy onboarding, exactly what I need, fixed all problems and had me up and running within the blink of an eye. After trying a few other providers before finding Bluescope, I couldn't recommend them highly enough for IT support. I only wish I'd found them sooner.
