I recently ordered a helmet from Sarkkart for my sister. While the initial experience was smooth, the subsequent interactions were a bit of a rollercoaster.
After placing the order for a Vega Bolt Game Changer helmet, I received a call informing me that the specific size was out of stock. The customer service representative offered me the option to choose another model, and I selected the steelbird sbh 25 breeze.
Unfortunately, the initial delivery of the Steelbird Breeze was incorrect, arriving in red instead of pink. However, Sarkkart was quick to acknowledge the mistake and agreed to exchange it for the Axxis Segment Arrow.
Given the upcoming festival on October 8th, I was concerned about receiving the helmet on time. To my relief, Sarkkart went the extra mile to ensure timely delivery, and I received the Axxis Segment Arrow just in time.
While the initial hiccups were frustrating, Sarkkart's customer service eventually resolved the issues satisfactorily. Their willingness to exchange the helmet and expedite the delivery process was commendable. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome and can now enjoy my rides during the festival season.

The delivery partner xpressbee is extremely poor , my shipment has taken a month still not received . I had ordered it for a ride, 4 times the delievry dates have been altered yet not received. Bad customer care, doesnt call or inform of delays or reason for it. Planning to cancel order and go for a refund

Travelled 25 kilometres for bike led in my Apache. I spoken to one guy in shop , he told me to talk to technician who was working on triampuh motorcycle. He asked me to wait.
Waited for 45 minutes, then he said, he didn't had lunch and I have to wait for another half an hour and suggested to go to another shop.
Really!! They should have told me earlier. Wasted my time.
Hi Sarakkart!! Customer once gone will never visit again. Though ppl with costly bikes come to your store and pay good money but nothing is permanent.
Ample shops are there in every corner and they treat customer as king in first visit only.
We are really sorry for today and will train our staff better .Today was a very crowded day we are so sorry for your bad experience please visit us on weekdays we will surely treat you like a king 👑
