Need to plan on a two hour connection minimum if coming through customs / border. Very stressful standing in line for an hour with no automated controls like Amsterdam.

One of the worst airports to access. Minimal parking and terrible signage.

I will admit the TSA Pre-Check is long but only a 30-40 minute wait. Even though delta is there main branch southwest is also no difference(better for family’s and cheaper), southwest has great service with an upgrade in there snacks. Boarding is very quick we were up in the air in about 20 minutes.

Trains not running on time the last few times we’ve been there. Also parking lots, hourly and ATL West gates had a glitch and we sat there waiting to exit for 30 minutes. I’ve always been proud of ATL service and efficiency but it’s been disappointing lately.
