海關人員很友善，出入的動線標示清楚，很輕鬆的出境，就是機場外的環境不太優地上有著蠻多的垃圾，推車沒有設置固定擺放的位置，所以很多人上了飯店的接駁車後，手推車就隨便擱置，整個路線都被手推車佔滿，動線不良，要一邊推行李一邊排除手推車路障

The parking is terrible. People who work there don't really care. Sign was saying to go around for the hourly parking, I did go 3 times to find out that I can't park. Meanwhile parked cats were coming out of the parking. People, get organized, it's 2024.

I am extremely disappointed with the passenger pick up process at Terminal 5. Despite paying the 5 MPEA tax, drivers are not allowed to stay in the area and pick up their customers from the international terminal. This is completely ridiculous and unfair. The drivers have already traveled from a 4-mile staging area, and it is unacceptable that they are not allowed to complete their job of picking up their customers. This policy needs to be reviewed and changed immediately. It is causing inconvenience and frustration for both drivers and passengers.

2 restaurants in 1 at O'Hara Airport. Makers Mark with cranberry juice at the bar. CIAB HEC at the 2nd restaurant. On my way to United Airlines. My plane left at a little after 10 am. Naturally, I had a drink. I was already on Vegas time. Both could've been better.
