This was our first visit, and we had an outstanding experience. I brought my son in for a haircut and was initially a bit nervous, but Gino, our hairstylist, was exceptional. He listened carefully, took his time, and clearly aimed for perfection. We were extremely impressed and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend—10/10!

Today was my second visit to Salon Frei with my longstanding artist, Gino. What an upgrade to a salon where you are welcomed with a warm greeting and a soft robe. Gino listens attentively and also makes soft suggestions for change, which is welcomed and appreciated. The conversation is always friendly and fun. My cut and color are really nice and my hair is healthy!!!! I noticed how each client left with styles that truly seemed tailored to them. No cookie cutter styling here. The aura of the salon is pleasant and warm. If you need a change and want to leave looking and feeling great, Salon Frei might be the positive change you are looking for!

I found out about Salon Frei through a friend and I ended up booking a haircut with Emily and I can’t even put into words how in love with my hair I am! Emily was super sweet and took time to teach me how to properly style my hair which I really value in a hairstylist. The overall vibe of Salon Frei is unlike any other salon, it was extremely relaxing between the robe and the latte. I can’t wait to go back!!

First time at Salon Frei & had the most amazing experience. Shana is the best - got a fresh cut and color and I loved the collaboration between stylists to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Not only am I obsessed with my hair but the atmosphere and overall vibes of this salon were amazing. The coffee bar at the front with a seasonal drink menu was top notch I had a delicious matcha peppermint latte - it was a whole experience! Christopher is a genius and I absolutely loved what he did with this space and the whole staff was fabulous ! Highly highly recommend

My experience at Salon Frei was truly incredible! I haven’t had a good experience with my hair in almost three years… until my first visit to Salon Frei the other day. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The space is beautiful, the vibes are amazing, and every single person I encountered was so friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable instantly, even though it was my first time there. What impressed me most was how much Gino truly listened. He took the time to talk through everything — what I was hoping to achieve, what hadn’t worked for me in the past, and what would be the best route moving forward. I’ve never had a stylist be so thoughtful and intentional with the process. And for the first time ever, I walked out feeling like I got exactly what I asked for! Gino is a total breath of fresh air. Every little thing he did set him apart, and I cannot thank him enough. And I also want to thank the owner, Chris, for his input and guidance — you can tell this salon is run with passion and expertise. I’m so relieved the hunt for a stylist is finally over… I’ve officially found my forever home at Salon Frei!

Where have you been all my life!!! WOW!!! I absolutely love this salon, from the minute you walk-in everyone says hello. You feel comfortable. There is a coffee bar! And snacks!! When you get your hair washed the chair reclines, so you are super comfy. The professionalism, friendliness and knowledge they have made my hair beautiful! I have natural curly hair. Lisa was EXCELLENT in the cut she gave me. I love it! And let's not forget Emily who did an amazing job transforming my black hair to a beautiful chocolate brown. Shout out to Michelle for my root touch up. And let's not forget Christopher who is so welcoming and very intelligent on hair and color and also funny. He makes you feel right at home. She explained everything in detail and was very professional. She is very kind and fun to be around too! The salon itself is gorgeous and clean. The coffee was great and the people were so welcoming.
