Every part of my engagement with SafeZone has been effortless. We wanted an alarm and CCTV system fitted in our house. Kurt came round to assess, advise and quote. We were so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and attitude that we decided to go ahead without getting other quotes (totally out of character for us!). After a fire risk assessment we discovered our fire alarm system in our block of flats was no longer in line with current legislation which would of meant our insurance would not be pay out in the event of a fire. Kurt was recommended to us so we contacted him and explained our situation, he got back to me that evening and came out and assessed the 2 blocks of flats. He took out all of the jargon and explained everything to me in plain English (that's a first) He has been brilliant, we've booked a complete new system with heat sensors in every flat and on each level in the communal hallways, we are also having new front door entry systems and new handsets in each flat, we are signed up for direct link to the fire services in the event of a fire & Twice yearly checks and certification of our alarms and emergency lighting.
