Fantastic team giving exceptional service. Throughout my time as a Senior Manager working within various organisations, I have had involvement with IT. At my current company (Auditoria Services Ltd) I deal with Sheffield Business Services. I have to say, it's the best IT support I have experienced. Firstly, when they set things up, it is done in a very convenient, profession, and thorough manner. Everything is fully explained and demonstrated. They make sure you're comfortable with new kit before they leave you to it. In the unfortunate event that either something goes wrong or you need support, they are right there when you need them. All the support guys really know their stuff and are on it in no time. I have worked with many IT support people, but for me, these guys are the best and I would have no hesitation in recommending them anyone. So much so, I have done already, with fantastic results.

Prompt service and reasonable pricing structure. SBS installed new office cabling and rolled out office 365 across our network. Expect to use again on future requirements and would recommend.

Having contacted SBS to inquire about getting a server cabinet relocated, they were on site within a matter of days to assess the situation, and the work was carried out the following weekend and what a GREAT job they have done. First impressions are everything and I certainly got one of them!
