Renovation of two storey bay window (NE26) They renovated a large two-storey bay window which had been badly rendered with seventies style stucco. It was a large job involving chipping off the existing mortar and applying lime-based sandstone cement. They also repointed. It's always stressful having this kind of work done, but the company was very communicative, answered all my queries and put me at ease. The quality of the workmanship is very good, and my neighbours have marvelled at the transformation of the front of the house.

Repointing Victorian terraced house. (NE25) From the beginning it was an absolute pleasure to deal with RG property restoration. Ritchie was really friendly and very professional. The lads finished the job on time and have really done an excellent job. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and the house looks great.

Mending and repointing garden wall. (NE2) Came when they said they would, did excellent job despite rotten weather, and also gave advice, not charged for, on separate roofing problem. Not cheap but good quality work and value for money. Would be glad to recommend.

Sandstone restoration (NE26) We struggled for years to find someone with the skills and knowledge to restore our 1900s sandstone which was in dire need of repair. Ritchie and his team were excellent from start to finish. They really took the time to understand and advise on the best course of action, offered some options and were flexible to our budget, and were really communicative throughout the process. Delighted with the final results, would highly recommend!

Great professional Job by a skilled efficient team (B17) If any of you are looking for heritage pointing and a reasonable price for excellent skilled craftsmen please look no further. Great bunch of guys and extremely considerate and very professional. I contacted Richie Jason and Phil when I was left with shoddy pointing from a previous trader and lucky enough for me I was able to get things sorted on weekends. The guys worked tirelessly and made the most of the time. They always advised well and made suggestions so I could get a better result eg by using yellow sand. Repointing on georgian house (NE10) Although there were a few issues with the scaffolders who the contractors appointed, they were able to sort these out fairly quickly. The work was to a high standard and the guys who carried it out were friendly and professional throughout

Fire surround crafting and fitting (NE61) RG Property Restoration Services Ltd did an excellent job making and fitting a stone fire surround. They listened carefully to the requirements, explained the process and produced a simple, elegant and well crafted surround, exactly to spec. Everyone was helpful, courteous and willing throughout. I would highly recommend this company.

Repointing terrace house (NE40) These guys went above and beyond with my little terrace despite having some difficulties with stubborn paint. They were always cheerful, kept me informed and the end result is incredible. I couldn’t recommend them more for restorating the brickwork.!

Repointing front and rear of terraced house (NE40) The repointing to my house has been done to an excellent level. The team were really friendly and polite, worked really quickly and kept the area tidy. As a restoration company they clearly have very high standards for their work and have achieved a great outcome for my house which was built in 1906 and badly needed the work! It looks much better and will keep the damp out. They also took care to wash my neighbour's yard down afterwards which was appreciated. Many thanks!

Sandstone restoration (NE26) All the team were polite and very pleasant to deal with. They got on with their work and always cleaned and tidied as best they could at the end of the day. They payed attention to detail and restored the decorative areas on the limestone beautifully. We would have no hesitation in recommending their work.

Repointing of Edwardian property (NE41) Superb service from start to finish. Ritchie, the MD, visited our house to weigh up the job. He was clearly knowledgeable and provided a detailed assessment of the potential work and an overview of the proposed process. He followed up swiftly with a competitive quote via email. Once works were booked in he kept us updated on start dates. Once work began the team delivered excellent work day after day, no matter the weather. They have a passion for their work, atttention to detail and a hard work ethic. They’re also a pleasure to be around! We are thrilled with the completed project.

Paint removal, pointing, pipework (NE9) Outstanding company to work with - highly recommended. Very happy with the work and the price. The communication was great throughout, we always knew what was happening when, and felt the team went well over and above to get the job finished off well.

Repointing to front elevation, restoration of sandstone around multiple windows including 2 bays (NE26) Excellent communication before and throughout the job, everything was kept very tidy and the team all went out of their way to try to keep things clean even during the messiest bits . At the end of the job everything was left absolutely spotless. Really pleased with the results, great workmanship. The whole team were professional, polite and friendly. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Repairing the sandstone around the bay window and front door of a Tyneside Flat (NE2) Everything was done efficiently from the first visit and quotation to the final work. I was kept informed of what was happening and Ritchie was a really pleasant and friendly young man. I am delighted with the finished work and lots of neighbours and passers by have commented on the quality of the stonework and the friendliness of Ritchie and his employees.

Restoration of house gable (NE20) The restoration undertaken by RG of removing existing cement render, and restoring and repointing original stonework, has been excellent, despite difficulties and some bad weather. Many thanks to Ritchie for his advice, and to himself, Mark, Phil and Jason for their skillful work, perserverance and good humour throughout, resulting in the transforming of the gable wall. I would have no hesitation in using RG in future or recommending them to anyone needing similar restoration work.

New stone lintels and mullion (NE26) Ritchie and his team were brilliant throughout. Reliable, friendly and dedicated to doing a great job as helpfully and efficiently as possible. No question was too much trouble and the care shown for customers and pride in the work were both exemplary. We would work with them again with no hesitation whatsoever.

Restoration to building facade and gable end (NE61) From the initial contact right through to completion of the works ,RG Property Restoration Services have been excellent. They have transformed the front of our main block of apartments and adjoining gable. All our residents are delighted with the work done at a very reasonable cost by current standards. I would have no hesitation in using this first class company again!!

Sandstone restoration and brickwork repointing (NE2) RG have done a brilliant job restoring the stone and repointing the brickwork at our house. The stonework looks brand new and has transformed the appearance of our property. The job also included reinstating intricate detail on a large portico which now looks fantastic. Richie, Mark, Phil and Jason are highly skilled and were an absolute pleasure to have at the house. The work kept to schedule and we were advised of progress throughout the project.
