During the high winds during March, 2 of our tiles had become dislodged and 1 was missing. I had 2 new tiles at the house and asked RFPM to refit. The cost was not in question. However, the workmanship was not to the standard I would've expected from a professional tiler. The tiler had left gaps between the original cement work and had pointed in the new fixed tiles, the roofer came back a week later to rectify the work. The chap filled in the gaps, but left without pointing in the new tiles. Sorry but I wouldn't use this company again. This weekend I'll be finishing off his workmanship.
