Good was great, drinks were meh, and our server was borderline overbearing

They were busy and the food was decent. The waiter was very sporadic and we had to ask for same drinks a few times.

We get the Fiesta Lime Chicken meal and omg it is so fabulous! You can't beat the prices lower or equal to fast food drive through. Our favorite place for dinner!

The salmon is always perfect, consistency is best.

Service was awesome, food not the best

They got multiple orders wrong. The food wasn't great either.

Our meats were exceedingly oversalty and too 🔥 spicy. Impossible to enjoy. The manager offered to redo one of our plates, but the special night out was ruined. We paid $75 for a dinner for two and only did eat the mash potatoes and ended up paying for food somewhere else. Applebee's is not what used to be. No wonder the place was so empty. Terrible 😔

Now I don’t like complaining because I know what it’s like working in food service but today was the absolute worst service I had in my entire life. To start off our entrees came before our appetizer and we started to look around to see where our waiter was to ask about the appetizer only to see her sitting at the bar talking and laughing with her husband which btw we were her only table. We stared at the manager so she can get our waiter and she came over and gave us refills and we had to ask about the appetizer. To make things worse as I was eating I found a hair in my food and you would think you will get the food for free because of how gross that is but nope only gave me 50% that one meal? The meal should have been free. I haven’t been to Applebees in years and we only went because Chilis was closed but after today I don’t plan on going to a Applebees ever again! Btw the manager didn’t seem to care that there was a hair in my food, she wasn’t very apologetic at all.
