The mark of a good DTF machine is not just how good the machine performs, it is also the aftercare support. Resolute DTG are very quick to help solve any issues over the phone or if they need to send an engineer out. When the engineer arrives, the person is always very helpful and gets us back up and running very quickly. No company can afford too much production down time. I would therefore highly recommend Resolute, if you are thinking of buying a DTF machine.

Really impressed with the service from Colin, Ricky and the team at Resolute. We viewed a printer at their place and straight away we knew it was the right machine for us. We have dealt with team Resolute now for a good 8 years plus and everytime we have dealt with them they have been a pleasure. We did have one issue a while ago, with a delayed delivery of one of their machines unfortunately totally out of their control but they rectified the problem in such a professional manor. They have such extensive knowledge and experience in this industry and we find it exciting to work with them as they always seem to be investing in new products and improving technology all the time and bringing it to the industry and their customers with such a passion.
We have today taken delivery and install of their DTF midi machine and from what we have had in trade prints so far whilst waiting for install and arrival of our machine it's fantastic and exciting for us to now be able to print these ourselves and offer this production method of garment decoration to all our customers.

Poor show from this company promised a demo for ten days asked when I would get it and was ignored and blocked from there Facebook from there md Colin !!!! Lots of other people I have spoken to since having the same problem !!!! Not sure why as product looks great but when you ask for demo you are fobbed off ! Be careful with your money people

From the initial viewing of the machine with Colin to the installation yesterday and training today from Vince I cannot fault this company. The customer service from Becky while waiting for the machine has always been great and the trade print service they provide while your machine is installed is brilliant. The DTF machine is amazing and customer service is outstanding. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Resolute for over 5 years now and I'm still very happy. The customer service is second to none.
I bought an R-Jet 5, pre-treat machine and a heat press from them.
As a newbie to DTG jumping in at the deep end I found the learning curve steep, but there is always somebody to help at the end of the phone and it rarely rings more than twice before they pick-up.
Friendly folks, good products, great customer service.

I've had a R-Jet 5 for a number of years now, and printed over 5000 t-shirts on it. I've had a number of issues, mainly operator error or reset faults, the guys at Resolute always super helpful getting me up and running again. The only problem with DTG is the learning curve all operators need to climb, Colin, Vince, Becky and the team are the backup you need to make running DTG successful. Top marks to Resolute!

I ordered a Ricoh Ri100 from Resolute just last Wednesday. I spoke to Colin and Becky who advised me of everything I needed over 24h and I just decided to go for it.
I ordered lunchtime Wednesday 20th May and they said the Printer should be with me by Friday 29th at the latest. There were a few delays with Resolute Ink receiving the printer from Ricoh due to the current COVID-19 crisis, which was understandable.
Resolute only received the printed on Friday 29th in the morning and because theyâd promised delivery on Friday they went above and beyond and got one of their own drivers to drive 3h each way to bring the printer to me to stand by their delivery date.
This was amazing customer service, I canât thank the team so much!
