Ralph was personable, professional and most importantly clean. He checked a stain in our kitchen ceiling.. He started by checking out the bathroom fixtures for any leaks which were none. He then opened the kitchen ceiling ran the water and checked for leaks. After not seeing any he saw an old copper pipe which he felt was the problem. It must have had some water left in it that caused the stain. We placed some cardboard over the hole and wil check for any water.
TLDR Rebmann cannot
problem solve, which leaves you (the customer) with wasted time /money /and continued problems...
We used Rebmann to fully replace 3 splits in our upstairs and immediately after installation we noticed they weren't working because the service techs crossed the wires between rooms during installation. Worse than that we had to schedule Rebmann to come out 3 different times to figure out why they were not working after installation and each tech who came out said they couldn't figure it out and the solution was to "call us to come back if it happens again" without actually fixing anything until the 3rd try. Less than 6 months later these same brand new splits are making unbearable screeching noises at night. We provided the service tech with videos of the noise and explained the problem. He came up with several hypotheses on what was causing the noise but was stumped on how to fix it and left without adjusting anything. He told
me that he would call the Mitsubishi rep but they were impossible to get ahold of and was unsure if they'd ever call him back. When I asked well what are we supposed to do his only solution was to once again "call Rebmann again if something happens" and he'd let us know if the Mitsubishi rep ever called him back. I tried to follow-up with Rebmann and no return call and Mitsubishi rep was no where to be found. We paid tens of thousands of dollars for this new installation and was reassured by Rebmann we were getting the best units and service yet that has not been our experience....
Replaced thermocouple on boiler due to pilot not staying lit. Service call was available for next day. Technician was courteous, friendly, and competent. Performed work quickly and thoroughly, testing afterwards.

He went straight to work. I just knew I was in good hands and he knew what he was doing. Checked my heat out, my radiators, and boiler found the issue took care of the issue and now we have heat- yay!
