Qualicare is a great agency to work with, Melissa,very nice person to deal with. my only issue was that I live in Scarborough and the Jobs were in Ajax, Whitby ,Oshawa. I would love to work with Qualicare again,If the Jobs are in Scarborough and Pickering.

The service is the worst I have ever seen from a company. The coordinators don’t actually listen to the client, they don’t care and then when a psw doesn’t show up to the clients home for care it’s totally acceptable and then the client doesn’t get service. No one seems to care in this company, you get told you will get a call back in regards to your loved ones care and don’t receive any call. I DON’T recommend them at all. I will never use this company again.

The employees are nice, but the office takes a long time to answer an email or text. Sometimes they dont get back to you at all.

We are just in the beginning stages of arranging support for our elderly parents. At a very stressful time, the team from Qualicare Whitby have been informative, very personable and supportive. Melissa was fantastic in engaging my father who has hearing loss and mild dementia in the conversation. After meeting with Melissa, my father was enthusiastic about having care in place.

They are great company and will all do there best to help with personal support worker.

After a negative experience in 2019 with Lighthouse at the Court of Brooklin, I was given a contact for Melissa (ED/Nurse) at Qualicare. Since then my father has received quality care from a caring team of PSW’s. All of the items on his checklist are completed at or above expectations with all details completed on time with caring hands. I am so happy that the group of Qualicare caregivers are providing such good care for my Dad, that we require very little contact, and it gives our Dad and his loved ones, peace of mind with great results.

On fairly short notice, my elderly father needed a weekend caregiver. We retained the services through Qualicare and were very pleased. The ED/Nurse Manager, Melissa was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find the right PSW based on my father's specific needs. The PSW who cared for my dad was also exceptional. I would definitely go back if the need arises again and highly recommend Qualicare to anyone looking for in-home care for their loved ones.

If you are looking for an incredibly caring and competent home care service for you or your loved one, look no further. The owner of this service, Melissa, has been one of the kindest and knowledgeable health care providers I have ever dealt with. Save yourself some time and stop looking. Call her! You will find out for yourself just how amazing this business is.

truley amazing ladies who work for this company. They are trusting, big hearted, and detail oriented. Cannot believe how accomidating and responsive the team is - I would recommend them to anyone who needs to set up care/support!
