I recently had the opportunity to meet with Michelle and Aaron at Qualicare. Although circumstances meant that my mom never got to experience their care firsthand, as she sadly passed away just before their services were to begin, the enthusiasm, compassion, patience and caring in my conversations with both Michelle and Aaron were greatly appreciated during our time of need. I'm confident they would have been a wonderful team to work with.

Thank you to Michelle and her entire team for providing such wonderful care to my friend post surgery. Michelle responded immediately to an urgent care situation and sent a care giver to the home on the first day called. I highly recommend Qualicare for all your home care needs.

I called Qualicare as my father needed some in home care while I was away for a period of time and the personnel at Qualicare were amazing. They set me up and dealt with my father in the most caring and respectful manner. Aaron and Michelle are so thoughtful and compassionate about the people they care for. I highly recommend Qualicare. I have needed their assistance in the past and had arranged nursing care for my mother for a future date. When she refused any assistance, I was forced to cancel the arrangements. Not only was Qualicare understanding and empathetic, they did not charge me any cancellation fee (as it was two weeks away)and suggested I leave their phone number with my mother to assist her at a moments notice. So grateful to the Qualicare team for their understanding, flexibility and compassion.

I want to shout from the rooftops about Qualicare so anyone looking for some help knows about them! My experience with them has been weekly carer support for my mom who needed an extra set a hands to do a few things around the house. After calling about 5 different companies and getting nowhere, I was beyond impressed when I found Qualicare. From the fantastic first phone call (professional, warm and understanding), to the placement chat (where we really felt listened to), to the fabulous ongoing care, Qualicare has been absolutely fantastic. Trusting anyone with a loved one is hard. Finding a company where every touch point is spot on, including the kind and capable Donna they send to see my mom every week, is invaluable. I hope if you are reading this you find the support you need for yourself or someone you love ❤️

The help we get from Qualicare has far exceeded all my expectations. Our helper comes twice a week and does everything with patience calm strength and grace and she passes those qualities to me. She helps with every stage of deep cleaning, even helping decorate our 50th anniversary party, listening to my worries, being kind and compassionate in everything she does, having wonderful suggestions that are always successful. She's a treasure, a gem, and there aren't enough positive words to cover the amount of help and care. At this very emotional time of placing my husband in a care facility she has helped organize packing, labeling, and most of all listening to my concerns. I know an angel has been placed in our home.

Qualicare has given me peace of mind. My husband's carer is excellent. Very attentive and gentle. I love how she does light housekeeping when she has time too. Lovely to return home to a clean kitchen.

I contacted Qualicare after my elderly father suffered a stroke and was sent home from the hospital, needing much support. The Qualicare team mobilized quickly to assist him and have been wonderful to work with. My father is now recieving the care that he needs and is recovering well.

QualiCare always provides excellent service. In particular, a client recently lost her PSW services with another company due to a staffing shortage and they were not able to support the client for at least 1-2 weeks. We contacted QualiCare and they assessed the client the next day and had services in immediately. It meant the world to this client and to our team!

Qualicare was very quick to develop and provide round the clock care for my parent with dementia. They were easy to work with, care aids were friendly and warm, and the overall experience was excellent.

I can't say enough about Michelle and her team of caregivers, schedulers and admin. staff. They helped my Mum get started with small weekly care in the beginning as her eyesight deteriorated and then full care once needed. Her team is flexible, responsive and they initiate ideas and bring matters to your attention for improved care. Michelle and her team even helped my Mum transition out of the country by "lending us" a caregiver for a month! They continue to help meet her needs when she goes back and forth to the Lower Mainland. Their professional skill levels are top-notch and their willingness to be flexible means they can easily jump in as quickly as needed and wherever we need it - at my home, at a respite care location or even out of the area. I have had a lot of experience now helping my Mother get the assistance she needs and we couldn't have done it without them. Thanks so much Michelle and your Qualicare team!
