I recently purchased my second investment property for capital growth through PropHero. Shana, Georgie and Luciola were a godsend and absolutely amazing to work with. Without Shana's expert advice I would have easily been priced out of the Brisbane/Ipswich market. Shana provided me with all the information I needed, walked me through each step, guided me when I wasn’t sure and really listened to my needs and concerns. Having Shana communicate and negotiate with the real estate agent on my behalf also took a lot of pressure off of me. Shana, Georgie and Luciola have given me the confidence and trust I need to continue to build my property portfolio. I couldn't have done it without them. I recently acquired my first investment property with the help of PropHero, and that was a smooth journey with Shana and Neha. Shana, my buyer's agent, was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She provided exceptional support and management, always answering my questions and addressing any concerns with a remarkable level of detail. Even while I was away, her communication was incredibly quick and responsive, despite the significant time zone difference. About a month back, when I was looking for buyer's agents, I came across PropHero. I read plenty of reviews about them and most of them were positive, so I decided to go ahead with them. My first interaction was with Neha Punjabi. Neha came across as a very professional lady who knew her stuff. One phone conversation with her and I knew I wanted to sign up with these guys. Throughout the process of finding an investment property, all the paperwork, advice etc... Neha has been outstanding, and very professional. She takes initiative and is fantastic at communication. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her. Ask for Neha, if you're looking to buy an investment property through PropHero. I highly recomment her! The other person that I'd like to recommend is Lisa Black. She has been my Property Coach. Again, a thorough professional, with great knowledge of the industry, Lisa's advice has always been very valuable. She is very approachable, and this is really helpful if you're a first time investment property buyer, like I was. Between Neha and Lisa, I knew I was in good, safe hands. Great work, you two!! I came through Prop hero from a Facebook add and was very worried how much they will be helpful to develop my property portfolio .I am kind of person who can’t trust people very easily but I learnt to trust from prop hero because they really are there to put all their efforts and resources to help us .
