From initial engagement on 30th June to settling a house on 19th August 2024, this was one of the most streamlined, quick and efficient processes of purchasing a house. I had the pleasure of working with @Neha Punjabi as my Customer Success Manager who always extremely responsive, and was always able to connect me to the right people at the right point in time. Neha paired me with the property consultant @Arnab Maity who was always took the time to breakdown complex theories in a simplistic form, and always open to jump on calls and review documents together! This was money well spent and I would happily partner with Neha & Arnab for future properties.

I've just purchased a property with the help and support of PropHero. The team is friendly and always available, they found me a great deal in QLD for a gross 6% yield. Shana, Neha, Suvid and their partner services have been helpful and patient in explaining every step to me and clarifying all my doubts. Other than a good investment it has been a great learning experience. I recently purchased a property with PropHero and would like to personally thank Lisa and Neha for their incredible customer service that made this process not only smooth but enjoyable. Lisa (buyers agent) was incredibly knowledgeable and really cared to get me a property that suited my needs and set me up for the future. This service helped me right up until I got the property tenanted and even felt a great support even sharing through some of my DYI! :) it was incredibly helpful to have all of Neha and Lisa’s support with all the contacts I needed for each stage of the process (broker, solicitor, building & pest, property agent, insurance etc). Lastly the app has been very useful in getting data on the valuation of my property and excitement to already see it increasing. Thanks team

Purchase an investment property through PropHero. The team was great throughout the whole process. I’m excited for the performance of this property given the research that went into it. I also purchased off market with my purchase price coming in approx $15k under other identical townhouses in the complex thanks to Shana’s negotiating. Very happy and will definitely be coming back.

Overall was a very positive experience with Prophero. We bought a property near Brisbane and were traveling in the US during the property purchase process. The Prophero team was very helpful in managing across timezones and really went above and beyond in ensuring that we didn't face hurdles due to being in a different time zone. Definitely plan on using them again.

Recently purchased an investment property in Perth, using PropHero. Amazing service! From start to finish, you don’t need to worry about anything, they have thought of it all! Although I did not proceed to buying a property due to circumstances outside of PH's control, the service they offer is truly excellent and would recommend it to anyone looking to invest in the property market, especially first timers. This review is long overdue but as someone just coming into the market for the first time and looking to purchase my first home, I couldn't have asked for a better team than Shana and Luisa. The professionalism, in depth knowledge and perspective they brought to the table while also making me feel comfortable enough to ensure I make the right decision was invaluable and I could not have gone through the entire process without their help. Having the prophero team support me throughout this journey felt like a weight off my shoulders and I would highly recommend them to anyone either trying to get into the market or looking to grow their portfolio, you will not be disappointed!
