I went to Premier Hair Clinic to check the hair loss that I’ve been facing in the last months. I was very well welcomed by the team and Ioan explained about the reasons that my hair is getting thin and why I am losing them more and more. He showed through the Hair Scalp Test that I have very little possibilities for transplant, which was one of the things that I was thinking to do. The informations were so important to make sure about my situation. The consultation was very good and I felt comfortable to talk and see different examples of hair loss and which treatment would be suitable for me. I recently completed a laser therapy treatment with Premier and could not be happier with the results I was able to achieve! Staff is fantastic, clinic is spotless and the products and treatments they provide are excellent! Would highly recommend.

Reply further : Well It was an honest mistake, when I tried to add a second review google updated my existing review and I lost the original review but you left no chance just defending the treatment and thinking I was doing this to get a refund. Yes 1 star was on purpose because of the reply I deducted 1 star for poor customer experience. even if I get a refund won’t you ask me to delete this review . if I had this mind I would have sent an email and try to negotiate. And I have the right to ask for a refund if I think the services were not right . But I never asked for it because I know the efforts were put. I could just see the actual results when my vitamin d came to normal after the treatment so I was disappointed that is the reason I am upset . All I was expecting was a simple call from you guys to find a solution or just an apology that I couldn’t benefit from treatment. End of story. I have nothing to hide as well . Photos taken with more flash can show a lot more of scalp and I wouldnot blame someone if I definitely benefited from the services Well , there would be more such comments/ reviews in future if the process of further examination is not improved . At least I am trying to make a difference and avoid such mistakes . You could have just said we will try to include these processes in places but you still want to say the treatment worked well for me A Big no from my side ! Thanks this conversation is over Well I can justify my ILl intended 2 start rating as follows : Why there was no question asked in the questionnaire : Did you take blood test within last so and so months ?? Is your vitamin levels normal ?? Did you guys ever asked if my vitamin D levels were normal. Yes I mentioned I was taking Vitamin D . But how do I know if I was running low on Vitamin D . I decided to go experts which was Premier Hair Clinic (which seems to be like a false hope) I tried to call you as soon as soon I did my blood test and consulted my GP . He suggested me to go a dermatologist first instead of visiting such hair clinics if they don’t provide due diligence . I remember you answer when I called you backed telling about it, “yes it will definitely affect the treatment” So do you really think the money I spent at Premier hair clinic was worth. Ofcouse not . I would have spent a few extra money on getting other stuff checked if you guys made sure it was absolute necessary like mentioning in the questionnaire instead of just talking verbally. There was not even once you guys mentioned that I was not regular, I already mentioned I will not in town in beginning that I will be visiting my hometown and I will be away . Well just to get a customer you never said it was issue but now you want to use this now to defend the treatment . This proves that things discussed verbally can slip away from mind Again , I never said the treatment doesn’t work but mentioned what I went through and what could have be done in order for me to get the best possible results Yes I said no sharing my pictures The message send lacked empathy and strictly asked to answer Yes or No.And the picture doesn’t justify the progress so there were to much flash in before picture compare to after picture and I have not washed my hair for 4 days because you guys asked so. Do you expect an unhappy customer to respond positively to such a message . I could have talked and found out a solution . Instead I get such response “ILL intended two star” Very disappointed with your justification!

updated reply : Hi Sonia, as you can see from my below reply that was posted in response to your original 2 star review. I have not changed my position at all, whereas you have changed your review to 1 star and also have changed the information completely. You have not kept anything from your original review and I will not change my response as I think it explains things quite clearly. Let us publish those photos so everyone can see. That would have been our preferred justification. We have nothing to hide. I will post here transcript of text message that was sent to you after leaving the bad review: "Good evening Sonia. Hope you are well. In response to your google review, for transparency purposes, can we post your consult photo and a comparison photo taken on the 10th of December 2022, taken few months before you were due to finish your treatment? We value your privacy and we will only post the photo if you are giving us your permission. Please reply with yes or no. Have a nice evening! Premier hair restoration clinic.014126076". If you thought that we will be bullied into giving you a refund simply because of the review, it won't happen. We were the last to call you when you started no-showing your treatments. You never returned the calls, not came back and out of the blue after few months you leave a review with all sorts of false claims. Why should we call you to apologise, I don't understand the logic. Flash is never used in photos, you sit in same chair, same position, same lighting etc. A photo with your excellent results would clarify all these things. End of update. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback Sonia. I appreciate that you found our products and staff good. I am surprised and disappointed at your ill intended 2 star review, especially when I know it does not reflect reality. I have looked at your file thoroughly and I can expand on it as follows: - initial enquiry for our services was made in July 2021. - you had come for your initial consultation in April 2022 at which point you were already taking Vitamin D. This is written by yourself on the health questionnaire that you had to fill in at the time of the appointment. Blood test and vitamins etc are always discussed and is an important part of the consultation. - as you were already on Vitamin D when you came to us, it also indicates that it was not the only factor affecting your hair as otherwise you would not have come for an assessment a year later after making the initial enquiry. - microscopic examination of the hair and scalp showed presence of genetic miniaturisation of hair follicles apart from signs of shedding due to other factors I cannot mention here. - based on the findings, you were given few options, each with their own projected outcomes. - you made contact with us after one month that you wanted to proceed with laser therapy treatment plan which was also the best suitable option with the highest chance of success. - treatment was started and we gradually observed improvements at your hair checks. Because you were unsure on the progress, I made some photographs of the hair few months before you were due to finish. - you also mentioned that one or two months after finishing treatment you did not see changes or very little change. It is worth noting that you chose not to complete your treatment as per our log and we also observed inconsistency with your visits here. Furthermore, photos taken on the 10th of December 2022, few months before finishing, showed a big improvement and signs of further progress were visible. - We wanted to publish those photos here so everybody can see your big improvement but when we asked your permission, we did not get it, although face was not visible at all. Absolutely delighted with the results ! My hairline had totally changed after getting two bad bouts of Covid. I was so self conscious about my centre parting which had become so obvious! I wanted to try the laser as an alternative to taking medication every day and I can honestly say my hair is thicker than ever. I’m telling everyone about it! Thank you to all the team a Premier :)

I had 8 months of laser and vitamin treatment.I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.The clinic is very clean and comfortable.I cannot recommend them enough for everything. These are my before and after photos to show how well they worked. The after care is also first rate.

I got a scalp treatment done for flaky scalp, the service and the treatment I received were amazing. My scalp feels well nourished, the flakiness is gone. Scalp is very clean now. Karen and Fiona were excellent.
