Lost free play! I was playing today on a Friday in the 2pm hour,the machine had buttons sticking and acting funny so I get up and move over 3 machines since now my machine says to call attendant so that's why I move and wouldn't you know it they pick me for the hot seat and since I'm not on the machine that won't work the girl tells me sorry I need to pick someone else so I'm out the 50$ in free play...that's not right because my machine stopped working so screw that I left after having that happen yo me

Lost a customer I’ve been a paying customer at this hotel many times in the last 9 months mostly thru agoda, but also booking and super so you can see how often. I just now asked your manager if I could sleep in the parking lot in my van for the next two nights and he said no. Just wanted to let you know I will never again be a customer at your establishment.

The Gem on the river I have always loved this casino. Small, quaint and good customer s service. The people who frequently come here are very nice and you don't have to worry about riff raff. Bumbleberry has great food. Very nice stroll on the riverfront. Nice places to sit and enjoy the river. I need to frequent more to get some comps.

Never stayed in the rooms but this is my favorite casino.. best drink service I always play at the new pioneer when I'm in Laughlin

Great environment for sure! Vibes are good and machines are paying good. Didn’t stay long enough to have a 100 percent certainty of the overall value. Only gave the three stars because they offer new players 5 dollars,of course you have to start with your own money. Not a single discount or birthday promotions! Sorry that’s just mandatory with me. lol

This is like old-time Vegas in LAUGHLIN.

The hotel staff is great! Security are tyrants on a power trip. We booked a room for approximately 3 weeks. We were towing a 6x12 utility trailer. After checking in, my husband was parking the trailer, the security supervisor watched for 10 minutes and waited until it was nicely in the parking spot, then approached and rudely said, "you can't park here!!" When my husband questioned him, he degraded the front desk staff, calling them "stupid!" We complied and moved our trailer, despite the fact the sign at the front desk says, "Oversized vehicles/ rv/ trailers need to register with security." Since security was clearly going to be an issue, we went to register the trailer and get clarification on what qualifies as "oversized." We asked several times and received no definitive response, only a bad attitude. We were treated as a burden for daring to question security. Finally, one of the security guards confirmed that "oversize" is "whatever we say it is!" We complained to the front desk regarding the poor treatment and lack of customer service. Security then canceled our reservation and kicked us off the property. We have stayed here several times and never had a problem. Thanks to their security, we will never give this hotel our business again in the future!! If the owner actually cares, we took pictures and video, and would be happy to share as only one security guard would give his name, Wesley. The supervisor was the real tyrant, his minions did his dirty work, escorting us off the property. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

Really old and game and game selections are pretty slim. Took almost 45 mins for a drink

Centrally located in Laughlin on the river side. Pizza parlor and restaurant on premises. Good security and cage staff. Current RVs in good condition can park for free. Large flattish parking lot. I will return.
