GREAT JOB ALL THE WAY AROUND! THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST!

I had Penco install a generator for my home in Chicago. While they were very prompt and professional in the beginning, it has been over a year and I have not had a passed inspection. After the initial install I had a leak during the winter time. The city came out and shut my gas to the entire house off. Penco was quick to come and fix it however the permitting process has been less than ideal. I have had to stay on top of them to schedule the inspection and permitting. Once I failed the inspection they have not followed up with me and stayed on task. I constantly have to call and check in with them to make progress.

I think it's a great product it was a little timely having it installed but they cleaned up very well after themselves they was very friendly courteous and explaining all that needed to be known about the Generac they were very knowledgeable on it and shared that with me and made sure that I was in full understanding of the Generac before they left I am happy to have this installed and now it may sound strange but I'm looking forward to the lights going out 🫣😊

Had the best experience ever with Penco! Started with Isabel in the office to the techs that showed up and took care of my electrical needs. They upgraded my service from 100A to 200A, swapped my panel from a 100A 20 breaker to a 200A 40 breaker panel, and put in a Tesla fast charger all in one work day. They price was impeccable and the clean up made it seem like they never where there. Highly recommend you call them and get the free whole house inspection they are offering. Thank you Penco!

I have been using Penco to service my generator for 12 years. So when it came time to upgrade the generator I, without hesitation, decided to contact Penco. As usual their professionalism and expertise was second to none. The work was completed as quoted and we are extremely happy with the results.Penco is the first place to go when thinking about installing or maintaining a whole house generator.

Wow! The Penco team did it all, including handling the permitting and village inspection!! They helped to get my mother's house ready to put on the market (which sold in just a few days, no doubt thanks to Penco's help with the electrical upgrades). After a thorough and valuable electrical safety inspection, Paul and Orlando helped me to identify upgrades that would add value for a new buyer. The key upgrades included a new ComEd service upgrade (from 60 amps to 200amps), new electrical panel, GFI outlets inside and outside, and lots of low profile LED lights that modernized the house. They also installed an EcoBee thermostat and replaced a door chime that wasn't working. The installation team was fantastic, especially Vasilli, who was the lead tech. The entire process was seamless and everyone on the team was friendly and professional. Thank you Penco!!

We were extremely happy and impressed in our dealings with Penco. Penco took care of all the details in preparation for the generator installation, getting the permit and contacting the gas company. Vasili and his team arrived on time with every thing they needed. The work was carried out efficiently. The crew was friendly, took the time to answer all our questions and explained their choices in running all piping. They even asked our opinion about what color paint we wanted. When they finished, they cleaned the area and then went through operation and maintenance requirements. Overall we were really happy with our decision to go with Penco.

Very happy with the installation of our new whole house generator. Vasili and his crew were not only efficient but very informative throughout the whole process. Paul was very professional and helpful when he came out for the estimate. His team performed an excellent job installing our backup generator, showing great respect for the property and courtesy throughout the process. We highly recommend this company.

We have a Generac Generator installed by Paul and his team at Penco. A recent storm knocked out power and the generator performed 100%. However the storm's power surge blew a couple fuses and the control panel, which caused the generator to keep running after power was restored. Paul was out immediately to assess the problem replace the fuses and the control panel the next day. I'm very thankful for the great service.

Mike was great and showed up right on time. Unfortunately, he didn't have the wall sockets I was told he'd have so I was nailed with just under $200 in extra charges to pay for time and gas for his trip to a hardware store. Had the phone receptionist not mislead me into understanding he'd have the necessary equipment (she said he'd have the sockets), I'd have gone to the hardware store myself to get the necessary items. I really feel taken advantage of and would hesitate to recommend them without adding a warning.

Vasily, Edgar and Jesus arrived on time and did an excellent job of installation. They were thorough, neat and professional. And very nice people. I know a bit about the trades, having been a GC for 35 years. These guys are pros. They explained the operation of the system, maintenance and cleaned up as promised. I would use them again without reservation.
