Admin were very accommodating, and Claude the site manager was super! Very helpful and kind. I liked how the dog park they have uses a mostly clover blend instead of just grass when I arrived there were all sorts of native wild flowers blooming around the landscape. The provided showers on site were clean, with good water pressure. The laundry machines were efficient as well. I'd definitely stay here again. :)

We stayed two months at Mid Coast RV park and thoroughly enjoyed the location. I have a few pros and cons for my review. PRO - * Its very quiet; * the sites are a good size; * corrugated aluminum siding separates each site providing plenty of privacy; * there are 50, 30 and 15 amp receptacles on the post; * the sites are gravel and flat although not level side to side in the lower section; * the RV park is 15 minutes to Sechelt or Madeira Park; * there is a convenient building with laundry and coin showers; * Starlink works well; * the on-site host Claude is a very helpful and a super friendly asset to the park. CON - * there is no onsite office; * the water can’t be consumed but Claude provides free 5 gallon jugs of osmosis water with an electric pump; * there is an unusual amount of paperwork to sign for monthly stays; * the online site map doesn’t show site lengths or monthly fees given there is a range of various fees; * the website doesn’t indicate the monthly fee is plus $100 for electric; * there are no electric meters at the post to check your usage; * communication with the remote office by email or phone is not conducive to a well functioning RV park - in over 12 years traveling all across both Canada and USA, this is the first occasion of experiencing a remote office. Despite the cons, we would stay at this RV park again. They are listed only for informative purposes.

Heads up ! Couple of savvy seniors here with important advice for good people who play by the rules, pay their bills, take pride in trying to be good respectful people. Do your " DUE DILLIGENCE" on " LICENSE TO OCCUPY " before you sign anything at MID COAST RV PARK MANAGED BY PATHFINDER VENTURES. They can, and, they will kick you out whenever they choose for whatever they choose. They will threaten you...and they will lie. We watched management evict a young couple, we were shocked, and then they evicted us. They'll tell you we didn't pay our way. We did, I have the receipts. We just didn't fit in ... Do your DD. You're Welcome.

I lived there for a year the rules are crazy ,you can own certain colours or totes or tarps ,they hav it so they don’t have to follow the law or renting .they make you get 2 million dollar insurance for them not you they are not liable for anything and then you have the owners who try and assault you for being on the phone . They cost us five grand loss on skirting the place when they illegally evicted us but that contract is sound .these people just want your money and to control what you own in your lot right down to what your allowed inside your trailer ,we had to get rid of so much stuff that we couldn’t have cause their rules,no guns even if they are legal way out here we have cougars everywhere .they called the police on me for having a machete on my lot.800 to 1000 for a lot way out there one little store down the road that’s it .as for management he’s great he never had a problem with us but he’s not really in charge

I visit my friend and I like this place a lot but the new people they let in having a problem. The lady like to swear and scream at people very loud and they light up their RV at night like trying to attract many UFO. It's quiet peaceful in the back park away from that lady always upset at the front part and I like the the landscape work looks new and good and the fences are metal so going to last. I want to see a bear but I did not maybe next time.

Had the pleasure of staying here. Very clean and sites are level. Nice and quiet, large sites and full service.
