Heaven sent Our family is so thankful to the team, but especially Janna, who helped us through such a difficult period with poise, kindness and an incredible amount of compassion. They were honest, fair dealing to make sure that our loved one was sent off with the dignity that they deserve. They explained all our options and what we could do as a family or leave for their team to do. Thank you so much!

O'Rourke's managed our funeral with grace and dignity. Live streamed with a well-coordinated and proifessional MC Greg Hughes. Cath Dyball and her team were magnificent.

The team at M.H O'Rourke were compassionate, professional and provided us with excellent support from the moment we contacted them following the sudden death of our father. Similarly, when our mother died they provided a wonderful service with compassion and kindness during a very difficult time. I cannot rate highly enough the great service provided by MH O'Rourke in handling all the details of my mother's funeral. O’Rourkes were just excellent. Emma Strand immediately understood what we wanted and delivered everything we wanted and needed. I cannot praise their professionalism and attention to detail highly enough. There is no playbook for grief but O’Rourkes sure helped with the toughest time of my life.

The care and commitment shown by the staff for my mother's funeral in May 2021 was beyond my expectations. Dimitri was always ready to answer my questions and assist in any way he could. Recently I had to follow up on some details regarding my father's death (1999) and the staff were again, prepared to go above and beyond to try to help me.
