Brilliant service from the team at Ontel. It was quite a tricky job getting fibre installed at our workplace but Jenni was on the case helping push the job forward the whole time and kept us updated throughout. Now we have super fast internet! Thanks so much to Jenni and the team.

We recently identified issues with our existing telecoms provider, so spoke with Ontel to see what they could offer. After speaking with Meirion and Adrian, they had explained how they could solve the issues we were having. My concern at this point was that such a comprehensive system was going to cost a fortune. When the quote came through, I was pleasantly surprised as it was going to be a significant cost saving compared to the current incumbent. It's almost 3 months now since we had the system installed and it's made our Customer Service and Sales process more efficient, streamlined, reportable, and the quality of the system is the best I've had the pleasure of working with. I have already recommended Ontel to other companies I work with.

My experience with Ontel has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone if I need anything or encounter a problem. I found them particularly impressive when helping me decide what would be the best course of action on setting up phone lines for my small business. Many thanks for helping us setup the new phone system for it’seeze Bristol websites. Our existing voipfone system we had served some VERY basic needs in that we had a landline number and any voicemail was sent to me via email. However with the expanding team we have outgrown this and my initial wish list to you was something along the lines of: • I need to still have voicemail sent to my email • I want to be able to answer calls from my laptop AND my mobile phone (neither option of which I currently had) • I need different members of the team to answer the inbound calls at different times • We need to be able to transfer calls between the team even if we are in different places • I need different answerphone messages at different times of day • It needs to sound like it is ringing in the UK even if I’m on a beach somewhere else! You were able to offer my entire wish list at a very reasonable tariff and explained exactly how the system would work to me, as well as how I could expand as and when I needed to add additional lines. You even sourced a headset for my computer for me! When the system was ready to go live your colleague Adrian could not have been more helpful. From making sure I could use the headset and sitting with me on Zoom whilst we resolved any technical issues to making sure I could transfer calls. I would not hesitate to recommend Ontel and their services, and once again many thanks for everything you have done for us.

I signed up for a business mobile with ontel and it couldn't have been easier. Simple to deal with and none of the usual sales people offering you a load of confusing options you're not interested in. Refreshing to deal with a company which doesn't do all the usual unending sales patter and associated hassle and just get what you want inside a simple conversation. Not much else to say really apart from 'Great'. Great SIM deal. Great price. Great service. Would highly recommend.

We recently upgraded our entire telecoms system through Ontel. They endeavoured to understand our organisation’s needs as well as its limitations and took into account the bigger picture in terms of the solution they proposed. This means that we now have a much more efficient system with great functionality and the flexibility to adapt to our ever changing environment. It’s made a big difference to our work so far even without exploring the full functionality available. As a small organisation which doesn’t have its own IT department we needed a supplier that would offer a high level of support as well as providing an effective service and this is exactly what Ontel do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ontel, our experience working with them has been really positive and they come across as a highly customer driven company.

We had been with the same telecoms supplier for a few years and when we were approached by Ontel. They reviewed our current services and billing. They provided a better managed solution and saved us money on our current supplier. They also noticed a mistake on our bill which was easily overlooked by someone not in the industry. This alone saved us £800. We since switched all our telecoms to Ontel and couldn't be happier. Service and guiding though the whole migration process was faultless. Could recommend them more.

First class service from Adrian and the team at all times. All queries are responded and resolved efficiently and in a friendly manner. The team set up and trained us on the 3cx app so we were able to take calls and work remotely from home and were on hand promptly when we experienced any issues. Thank you Ontel team!

We've had a new phone system installed by Ontel this year and they've made the change over so easy. Full on site support for the change over, which was great. Any questions or queries we have are quickly answered by a call to the support line. Definitely 5 star service. :)
