I had booked for an hour and I turned up late so I could only have a half hour treatment, the lady that treated me for a knot in my shoulder blade was superb, she went to every point on my back, neck and shoulders that I have had problems with but I had not told her about and this is how I know she knew exactly what she was doing, I can only speak to what I considered to be a sports massage but I would highly recommend and booked an hour session at the same time that I paid for the first one. Yet another reason for me to return to Belgrade.
I had a 1-hour full-body sports massage appointment at the Dorćol branch today, and it was my first time ever getting a massage. After going on lots of runs in Istanbul recently and walking 30,000 steps every day here in Belgrade, my legs were in so much pain. Alexandra was absolutely amazing; it wasn't just a service, it was a truly perfect massage experience. Afterwards, I felt like I was floating on clouds and left feeling like a completely new person. I highly recommend Alexandra and this wonderful, kind establishment to everyone!

Oduvek sam ljubitelj masaza i posecivala sam vise profesionalnih salona godinama unazad, sto samo potvrdjuje da se moj komentar temelji na realnom iskustvu i da je ocena krajnje objektivna. Olimas salon u svojim redovima fizoterapeuta ima strucan kadar ali ja izdvajam, nadasve profesionalnu, srdacnu i uvek raspolozenu gospodjicu Aleksandru, koja ne samo sto je vrhunski maser, vec je i prijatan sagovornik i savetnik na teme zdravlja, sporta, ishrane i generalno zdravog zivota.
Nadam se da poslodavac ume da prepozna i da ceni Aleksandru kao radnika i da ume da je nagradi. Ovim putem zelim da naglasim da se Olimasu uvek vracam upravo i zahvaljujuci zbog maserke Aleksandre!

We are Olimas clients for many years and although massages were never great and wow, they were good-for the price.
Yesterday we had a couples massage that lasted 1,5h and while I was having mine I could hear and see that the woman massaging my husband was very rough. You could hear the massage bad cracking from the pressure and I was not able to relax. But me not being able to relax was not just cause of the noise of his bed.
I asked the woman who massaged me to be more gentle, at least three times. But that is not all, i am sure she is not a professional since she didn’t know the basic moves for the back and legs and arms. Today I have a lot of pain in my neck, back, lower back/hip and shoulder. And these are the places where she spent the most time just pushing and pressuring with her fingers, not knowing what she is doing.
My husband has a back pain that je feels like when you get a sunburns.
I can say for sure that we will not go to Olimas anymore. Sooooo disappointed!

drago nam je da ste dolazili u salon, mada treba dolaziti na masazu samo ako su masaze sjajne - jer poenta je ici na masazu negde gde imate osecaj da je masaza sjajna - a ne samo dobra.
Nas salon zaposljava samo profesionalne masere - fizioterapeute koji znaju svoj posao i svi su oni u stalnom radnom odnosu (tako da bez diplome fizioterapeuta ne bi postajala ni mogucnost da neko radi kao maser).
Zao nam je ako smatrate da je masaza bila gruba - ali zavisi sve od tipa masaze koju birate - da li uzimate opustajucu relax ili trazite na primer sportsku koja jeste jaca ili ciljnu terapeutska koja ne prija svakome zbog jacine i ciljne obrade nekog dela tela (na primer misici ruke).
Masaza za parove ne bi trebala da bude jaka jer je u pitanju relax masaza - zato nam je cudno da bio problem po pitanju jacine - i nasim maserkama je laske da urade blagu masazu a ne pritiskaju jako - tako da je neobicno da je bila tako jaka masaza iako to niste trazili - jer jaka masaza zahteva i mnogo vise energije masera - tako da ako je placana relax opcija (masaza parova) ne bi se radila jaka masaza kao sportska ili terapeutska koja je i skuplja.
Generalno nakon sportske ili tereapeutske masaze je moguce da misic reaguje i da osetite odredjeni bol nakon masaze ako se dugo niste masirali i ako je ciljno obradjena neka tacka na telu (neki misic).
