We engaged Shawn to sell our HDB property at Toh Guan Road. The transaction was closed at market rate. Difficult to get a good price as there were many units up for sale currently. Asked for completion to be in mid Oct but after his adjustments, it ended up to be further delayed till early Nov and he tried to explain it was due to HDB. Well, if he submitted the request to HDB immediately, we would be right on schedule. Guess you get what you paid for.
