A swift response to my call for help when my gas boiler failed. Concise accurate information give as to the cause and remedies available. Expert, friendly and efficiency team sent to fix a replacement boiler, not an easy task due to the layout of my house. Impressive.

My old LPG gas boiler failed and had to be replaced. I called Nordic Plumbers for a quote. Niall was excellent to deal with, asked for photos of old system pipework via WhatsApp and provided a quote on email within 30 minutes. As I was without heat with a cold snap on the way, his team came the following day. The team did a first class job, I would recommend these plumbers to anyone. Pleasure to deal with🙂

Following the installation of a bulk gas-tank, Niall pointed out that I had the wrong boiler for the type of gas. It was winter and very cold, but he got the correct boiler and installed it within a week! His team were always polite and professional and a pleasure to deal with. Altogether a great experience.

Niall is a man of his words. A big job has been done in a bungalow this January. The heating system dated from the 1990's with old rusted pipes system and oil boiler, converted into gas following Niall's recommandation. A brand new pipe system coming from the attic where the boiler is placed. Niall promised timeframe that he always respected.
Nordic Plumbing workers were respectful, on time, and left the property clean every time they left home and it was a 1 week job.
The carpenter work to cover the pipes against the walls is clinical. Nothing is "grand" or "that will do", when it's not right it's done again.

Niall should give lessons to other businesses on customer care and service! We found him to be truly professional, helpful and reliable.
Nordics team installed a new gas boiler and upgraded quite a few radiators, the team were great they turned up on time and were friendly and did a great clean up at the end of the job. Niall gave us great advice on converting to gas from oil which we hadn’t even considered.
We would not hesitate to recommend Nordic Plumbers. Niall’s sense of customer care is outstanding it’s a pity more businesses don’t follow by his example! Definitely a 5star service!

They said next week to service boiler. I sent on my name address and they confirmed price and week to do the job. Two weeks later no show, no response to voice messages, texts or phonecalls.
Has to be the worst impression of any business.

We are really sorry for the delay and understand your frustration. As this is a very busy time of the year we are trying to get to all our customers as soon as possible but sometimes have to priorities boiler break downs in this cold weather. Absolutely delighted with their work. I had next to no heating upstairs in my house. We only just moved in and after looking around online and making a few calls Nordic came through as the best price and fastest to be available. Very friendly and professional staff and would whole heartedly recommend a power flush of radiators. Couldn't believe the amount of dirt they flushed out of the heating system! It has totally transformed the upstairs of our house. Very tidy too. The flushing is done outside on the boiler and the guys check each radiator with thermal cameras to make sure it works everywhere.

As soon as I had come off my first call with Niall I knew I had made the right decision to call Nordic Plumbers to get the boiler replaced. We called to replace a very old oil boiler and within a few hours Niall was down at the house checking things out. He gave us the best advice and himself and the lads were super professional and efficient. I had plenty of questions and Niall had plenty of answers. I couldn’t recommend the lads enough. They left the place as they got it and the value for work completed was second to none.

After moving into a nww house, our heating system needed replacing. We got a new oil tank, boiler and zoned controlled Hive information installed. The men were total professionals, they arrived on time each day, did an excellent job, were courteous and friendly and when they finished the job, they left the place spotless, cleaning up each day. I would not hesitate to recommend Nordic Plumbers to friends or family. Niall himself was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving.

I would give 10 stars if I could
Nordic Plumbers deserves high praise in every aspect of their service. After going through a winter using electric space heaters (boiler broke last fall) it was time to have a new LPG boiler installed. I found Nordic Plumbers on the internet and filled out my contact information on their website. I was pleasantly surprised when Niall called, first thing the following morning, to discuss what I wanted done. It was obvious from the get-go that he knows his business through and through. He went over the pros and cons of different boiler systems and we agreed on what would work for me. He made certain I was making an informed decision before moving forward. He walked me through the next steps in the process, to include a home visit/assessment, a written quote, a date/time for completion. Niall and his team (Paul and Jack) were there right on schedule, and were so polite and professional. They were meticulous and conscientious about the quality of work, safety measures, clean up and, when finished, Niall walked me around, so I could see everything that had been done and have all my questions answered. He will even follow up in a year, for the annual inspection. I truly can’t recommend Nordic Plumbers enough. If you need plumbing services along with the very best in customer service and expertise don’t hesitate to call Niall. You will be more than happy you did.

Nordic Plumber replaced the gas boiler and installed a new shower. They arrived exactly at the time they stated and worked all day on the new gas boiler only taking a short break for lunch. They were courteous and professional at all times and left the site spotless when they left. Very happy that I found this company they were excellent!
