Called multiple times with no answer during business hours, left multiple messages and never got a call back. Not a great inital experience

Hi Nolan, thank you for sharing this. I’m sorry we didn’t connect when you tried reaching us. I was in the shop yesterday from 7a-7p and returned the messages that came through, so it seems like we may have missed each other somewhere in the process (if it was yesterday that you called..
