Fast friendly service after locking my keys in my vehicle.

Came in quick to open the doors of the truck. The price was great as it was way cheaper than all the other alternatives of resolving my issue. Would recommend!!!

Sean was great! Came to our house a little earlier than scheduled, helped us inside for a fair price and was willing to explain his prices as we hadn’t used a locksmith before. They’re open on the weekends, and came same day which was great for being locked out on a Saturday. Should we need a locksmith again we’ll definitely use their services, and recommend them!

When my daughter locked the keys in our truck we called and they came within 15 minutes and were able to unlock super fast! Very happy and this was after 9 pm. Would use them again for sure but hopefully we won’t need them again! lol

Just as I was closing my front door, I realized I didn’t have my keys with me. My backup system was out of date, too. Luckily I had my phone with me and I randomly chose a Winnipeg locksmith from the Google list. I was greeted by a friendly, reassuring voice who let me know the approximate wait time. I was texted with two updates from the locksmith who updated me with his progress on getting to my address. I was totally impressed with his skill in opening my door in very little time. My son inadvertently locked his car keys in the trunk of his 82' Mark VI. I called CAA. While they were able to open the driver door, they could not open the trunk. The CAA guy said I'd need to call a lock-picker because with those old cars, it's near impossible to get into the trunk without a key. Although there is a button hidden in the glove box to pop the trunk, the car generally has to be running for it to work because of the vacuum pressure or something. Hoping to avoid any further expense, we took the back seat off and ripped open the back cover to the trunk area, only to find there was just a small hole behind the seat, leading to the trunk. We tried for almost an hour to grab hold of the car keys that were sitting at the bottom of the trunk--beside the packages, behind the spare tire that was mostly-blocking the hole--but realized there was no way we'd be able to reach them; we needed to call a lock-picker. Being later in the day on a Saturday, I thought we'd be waiting a very long time in that hot parking lot and anticipated a hefty bill for the service. Still, I googled for an emergency lock-picker and scrolled through a few places before coming across this place. I called, the lady took my information and said she'd dispatch someone right away. Within about 10 minutes or so, I got a text from the driver saying he's on-route and something like 20 minutes away. This very friendly guy showed up and quickly got to work on picking the trunk lock, advising of no guarantees of getting these old locks picked, but can drill through the lock or hotwire the car if that fails. He tried for quite some time to pick the lock, but to no avail because of the type of lock it was. He wanted to avoid drilling through the trunk and us being stuck trying to find a replacement part for the trunk lock. Then he started to hotwire the car, but advised against it because of the sensors that were installed, and us not being able to shut off any alarms without a key. Just when I thought he'd given up and I'd be stuck with the service bill and a still-locked trunk, he began engaging in various strategies and maneuvers to try get those keys from the trunk. It was tight and hot working conditions in the back seat of the car, having to work around that seat-backing, but this guy persisted. After almost two hours of determination, he was able to grab the keys with a makeshift hook he devised with one of his tools, and pure skill and knowledge. We were so fortunate that this guy was so committed to helping us out in our desperate situation. He gave us a discount with a cash payment and bid us a good evening. This service experience left us feeling so very grateful that there are still good people--and small businesses--out there, working in these seemingly menial yet utterly important jobs, who remain genuinely passionate about and committed to the valuable work they do to help others.
