Super mooi resultaat! Zelfs al na 1 behandeling. Super mooie kliniek met fantastisch personeel. Je voelt je er al snel thuis. Net geweest voor me buik en meteen een afspraak gemaakt voor me binnenbenen en flanken.

Found there advertisement in my reels on my instagram then googled them, i see so many positive results then try it directly to myself, i went to there clinic. Very clean and very friendly staff, very accommodating and the best part is the result. I have 5 sessions for my back fats then 1st session is already giving me the best results. Like magic.. i am very happy and contented and it’s definitely brings you confidence.
My experience with Next Fatfreeze Clinics was incredibly disappointing from start to finish.
I went in specifically for T-Shape cellulite treatments, hoping for visible improvement, especially because they spoke so confidently about the results I could expect.
The reality turned out to be completely different. The results I received were non existing . For the amount of money I paid, this feels like a complete waste.
What frustrates me most is that, the promises made beforehand were overly optimistic and did not reflect what actually happened. I felt reassured during the initial conversation that I would see noticeable improvements, but that never happened .
When I raised concerns about the lack of results, I didn’t feel taken seriously, and I didn’t feel like anyone was genuinely interested in finding solutions.
They are using a machine that was constantly breaking down .
It felt like almost every time I went in, there was some kind of technical problem. Instead of receiving a smooth, consistent treatment, I found myself waiting around while they tried to get the machine working again. To me, this raised serious doubts about the reliability and quality of the technology they’re using.
In my personal opinion, the service is heavily overpriced, and underdelivers. I’m extremely disappointed, and I deeply regret choosing this place. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Next Fatfreeze clinics to anyone. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious, do thorough research, and manage expectations — because in my case, the reality didn’t come close to what I was told to expect.

I'd been considering fat freezing or liposuction for years for my stubborn hip fat. After the first consult at Next fatfreeze i felt confident that i would gain the results i desire without an invasive procedure. After five session of pin point fat freezing, the change is felt and very much seen. Others noticed it too, the pictures they took in each session showed a huge progress aswell. The staff was professional and supportive, the process was simple (i just lay there with two big suction cups on me), watched some movie/series while the process was taking place. It is expensive though, but for long lasting results without a surgery, it was worth it to me. In the end it is a price in which you would enjoy for many years (unless you decide to go on a binge eating journey after the procedure).

Thank you for your reply. I would like to clarify that my experience was not due to “unrealistic expectations” or weight changes. I gained only 1kg over an entire year (from 66.5kg to 67.5 at 166cm height), which is less than 2% of my body weight — not enough to explain zero results after seven sessions.
During my consultation, I was explicitly told that results were guaranteed and that the clinic had “NEVER seen a patient who didn’t achieve results,” except in rare medical cases. The contract’s disclaimer was described to me as “just something they are required to include legally,” which contradicts the claim that variability was clearly explained.
I was continuously assured that “this time it would work” after each failed attempt, leading to months of emotional stress and financial loss. Even your own follow-up photos do not show any measurable change.(no change in appearance, measurements or how my clothes fit)

What I Was Promised:
During my consultation in October 2024, I was pressured to buy 4 sessions (€4,700) with a “100% guarantee of results” and promises I’d see changes after 2-3 sessions. The staff physically demonstrated on my body how I would look, playing on insecurities to make the sale. I was never told that some people don’t respond to this treatment.
What Actually Happened:
After 7 sessions over more than a year, I have seen absolutely zero results - no change in measurements, appearance, or how my clothes fit. Nothing.
The Pattern of Broken Promises:
• After 4 paid sessions with no results → offered 2 “free” sessions, claiming “this time it will work 100%”
• After those failed → offered 2 more “free” sessions with new promises
• Each time, staff claimed to see “improvements” based on lighting in photos, not actual changes
Red Flags You Should Know:
• They don’t disclose non-responder rates during sales (research shows 20-30% of people see no results)
• Constant excuses when treatments fail: “stubborn fat,” “different equipment needed,” “longer waiting time needed”
• Gaslighting behavior - insisting they see results that simply don’t exist
• Pressure tactics - calling repeatedly to schedule more sessions even after clear failures
Financial & Emotional Impact:
I spent €4,700 and invested over a year of hope and appointments for zero outcome. When I raised concerns through multiple emails, I received dismissive responses and more promises instead of transparency or accountability.
My Advice:
If you’re considering this clinic:
1. Ask for written disclosure of actual non-responder rates (not just success stories)
2. Get all guarantees in writing - verbal promises mean nothing
3. Set a clear limit - if you see zero results after 2-3 sessions, you’re likely a non-responder
4. Don’t let them string you along with “just one more session” promises
I’m now pursuing formal complaints with consumer protection authorities (ACM/ConsuWijzer) for misleading commercial practices.
Bottom Line: This was the worst financial decision I’ve made. The clinic prioritizes sales over honest treatment expectations, and I wish I had seen reviews like this before spending €4,700 and a year of my life on empty promises.
Update (October 2025): After 7 failed sessions, they continue calling to schedule more treatments, refusing to acknowledge the complete lack of results.
