Nexgen have been great to deal with from sign up to customer support. Quick responses to questions I had on setting up the phones to billing. Anytime we need to change a voicemail or some other setting, it is done by the Nexgen team so quickly and easily it is an absolute breeze. Highly recommend.

Worst phone company ever! Doesn't deliver, then blames the coverage when their system can't take calls properly (that's after they have made you sign a 3yr contract), tech support say it's the mobile data coverage, and tell you to switch providers. This is not fit for purpose, and does not work well.

I had submitted technical support and Mia followed up although I wasn't able to talk. I phoned Mia's back and I was put through to services and the phone rang for over 6 mins. So I called back and Martin was extremely helpful. He stepped me through everything. I asked for link to tutorials and he said you can always call back. So that was excellent service. Thanks Martin
