Terrible customer service - we have been a long standing customer and wanted to upgrade to a colour printer with them- they would not allow us to upgrade our contract and we now have to have a printer with an entirely different service who can meet our needs while still paying for this one. When I complained they just did not answer me for over a month. Don’t be fooled by their marketing team - this is not a good company to sign a long contract with.

I spoke to Meg and she was extremely helpful and friendly. There's just something different about talking to Nextgen staff, and Meg in particular, where you feel that you're speaking to someone that listens and cares. 10 out of 10 all round.

Don't even think about it.
One star is 2 stars too many. Don't do it. Don't risk your phones, your business, your internet or your sanity with these guys. Rotten to deal with. When they give you the contract time, really think long and hard before signing. I can't believe we have faster internet at home than I do at work, after hours, when I'm the only person on the system. And they won't do a damn effective thing about it, or they'll try and lock in a new contract... Not a chance pal! Not going to fall for that again!

Great technical support. We were having issues with our cordless phone, Daniel was very patient and helped me troubleshoot the issue. He even called me back when I turned off the power and accidentally disconnected the call.
