My experience with Newsteps Immigration was very negative. I was provided with information that later turned out to be inaccurate, and I felt unnecessary pressure regarding my permit situation. Instead of receiving proper guidance, I was left confused and stressed about my status.
I also experienced poor communication. After taking payment, responses became irregular, calls were not answered, and clear updates were not provided. Transparency and professionalism were seriously lacking.
Students and work permit holders already face enough stress. Any immigration consultant should act responsibly and provide honest, accurate advice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
