Truly no better company for moving! My 91 year old grandmother moved this week from her home of 35+ years and this crew made it absolutely seamless from start to finish. The booking was so easy with Lori and the crew couldn't have been any easier and nicer throughout the whole process. Also we got several prices and they were more fair than the yellow trucks you see on the road and on the commercials! GIVE NATIONWIDE VAN LINES A TRY for your moving needs. They are amazing!

Omg worst choice we ever made so they tell you that they are moving your furniture long distance but they pass it to other companies for a few hundred bucks charging you thousands to ship it when it's much cheaper .He sent 4 guys on one small job and they were garbage .

From Laurie to Von and his team—perfection on the East Coast (Naples, FL). Looking forward to unpacking in California! To give a more broad view of the process…my things were put into storage in FL and at some point were picked up by a different subcontracted carrier or two and made their way to Northern CA about 2.5-3 weeks later, with delivery on a Sunday evening. The truck that delivered my things was huge and had many other people’s stuff on it—all well sectioned off. They had to park in a Walmart parking lot and rent a UHaul to transport my stuff to the apartment I’d rented as the truck was way to large to swing turns and then to fit in the parking provided. The delivery guys were really kind and quick. It took about 3-4 hours to unload my things and bring them up to the 3rd floor. A few boxes and a couple pieces of furniture did arrive damaged. If your things arrive damaged it is important to take pictures of the outside of the boxes to show how they were damaged. I did not do this and had discarded the boxes, which means the damage reimbursement is less. The only thing that has been frustrating about the move is how long it has taken for the damage reimbursement check to arrive. Between that and some things arriving damaged, I changed the star rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. The process was started in the end of October and the reimbursement details were finally sent to their accounting department in the beginning of February. It is nearly April and I am still waiting - even though I’ve reached out every week or two. I’d love to be able to finally ‘close the door’ on the move. I’ll post an update when the check does arrive.

Great people at first, but when they said they’ll move my items out of state that THEY would do it, not another company! Lost three boxes because of this and the other company was rude af. Also all boxes were labeled, and I added those three addition boxes when the truck came, and I even called them to update it. Still waiting for a response from them as I’ve contacted them already. Mind you this move was in late January and arrived in February. Once this issue resolves as I hope it will, I’ll change the review to reflect the amazing customer service they’ve given me. (Reason why I didn’t give 1 star in the first place)

The guys they sent out to pack up my belongings took jewelry and a couple of boxes of items I had boxed up myself. They went through everything that had been packed and then helped themselves to whatever they wanted. The company will NOT answer any of my correspondences. I would never use them if you wanted everything to be shipped to your new home!!!

This is a fake review. If you look at the users file, she has bad reviews for three different moving companies. We do not have this customer in our data base nor we have moved this customer. We have tried to privately message the customer as well with no response.

The move went better than I anticipated considering the tight turnaround, all boxes and items arrived safely.
