Very happy with my online experience with Mytap. Prices and choices were good, great website. Prompt replies.
When one of my required products was out of stock, Nick advised me immediately and assured me he’d forward it once received at warehouse. He then posted what he had available. Sure enough, the second item arrived as he promised, in time for my plumbers. He kept me advised of what was happening.
Excellent personal and prompt service. Very impressed.

We have done a full bathroom renovation and more recently plumbing for a new kitchen with MyTap and was really happy. Nick is quick to respond to queries and get the job done. If your after a plumber for general jobs or someone to manage a bigger upgrade/renovation give MyTap a shout

December 30 is never the best time to be placing an online order, but I did. A message came back immediately showing that the order was "Completed". Then I heard nothing and began to think that I had been scammed. After all, MyTap's prices were so much cheaper than their competitors , were they for real?
I needn't have worried. I spoke with Nick when the business reopened after the Christmas break. The tap was out of stock and it took about a week for the order to be filled. Nick kept me well informed along the way. If I lived in Sydney, Nick would have had it installed for me. That's a great service but one I wasn't able to use. Will definitely use MyTap for future tapware purchases .

i order a new tap for the shower. It was not in stock so had to wait just a little be longer than normal. I was given the option to cancel my order which i did not take. The tap was not due in till Jan this year but mytap got the tap in in Dec which was great work. Mytap kept me in the loop the whole time and offered a full refund if i wanted to cancel my order. Great work mytap I will be shopping here again for sure.

I highly recommend Mytap. Mytap replaced my two bathrooms, and managed everything from demolition to new install. Nick and the team were friendly, highly professional, efficient, organised and delivered a high quality result. Communication was amazing, I was kept updated constantly throughout the process and even sent calendar invites to keep track of who would be on site and when! The team at Mytap are highly reliable. I’m very pleased with the end result.

Don't bother getting other quotes - Nick @MyTap is the one. True Professionals (Nick and Scotty), at a very competitive price. Great communication, appointments kept. The job was not easy - it required cutting the benchtop to replace a sink. Nick and Scotty were quick to work out what needs to be done and proceeded to do the job. They also picked up existing issues with plumbing and water-leakage. The job was done well and I now found a regular Plumbing service, if I ever need one. It would be impossible to find anyone better.
