Look no further--this is it. I reached out to JC&C after having some work done on my gutters and that team said they noticed a few holes and damage from squirrels. I asked Christian to come check it out and right away he noticed the issues I was referring to and produced a simple and thorough estimate. The team is personable, professional, and punctual. The pricing is extremely fair too. When you call, they answer. When you email, they respond. Since I was not a full roof replacement, only Jairo and Israel came for the job and they did an excellent job with prep, install, and clean-up. Since my issue was partially animal related, they accepted my request to spray a deterrent spray under the shingles to prevent any returning 'unwanted' guests! They were cautious around plants and landscaping. They were sweet to our dogs, and they treated our property with respect. Highly recommend this team!

I have not had a better experience with roofing professionals! From the knowledgeable and courteous office staff, to the installers in the field, their customer is Job #1! JC&C always notified our residents in person, door to door, days before their service crew began the scheduled work. The roofing products offered were competitive in price, as well as superior, to most of the popular products used by other companies. They carry a material and labor warranty beyond any I've seen in the industry. Prompt, on time, from job start to finish. Pictures of our job (available to us) taken by drone, showing problem areas of deteriorated decking, facia, vents, etc. The no surprise roofing company that I can recommend with full confidence. Personally familiar with the resulting outcome, and satisfaction of the job, from start to finish!

Roof replacement proposal was well-explained and the job was executed in a single day. Good job of clean-up. Have found a few old nails in the beds and driveway after wind/rain storms. Otherwise all is well some 6+ weeks after job completion.

Incredible experience working with JC&C. They really took the time to assess my house and recommend the best path forward. The turnaround was extremely fast (knocked it out in one day) but what was really impressive to me was how thorough they were with clean up and ensuring the property was spotless following the job. Christian with JC&C is one of the most honest and straight forward person I have met. Which is the reason why I contacted them for second time when I needed a new roof. A few years ago during one of the storms, I had a scare thinking my roof took on some damage. Every contractor that came by, they all said I needed a new roof right away. Only Christian was honest enough to say I still had a few years left in my roof if I take some precautionary actions to preserve it. No aggressive sales tactics, no constant phone bombardment just direct to the point. Fast forward to this year when my roof finally decided to give in, the only company I called was JC&C. Their work was prompt, on time, with constant updates regarding all the work being done. They left the job site immaculate and even offered to return if we were unhappy. Highly recommend JC&C, they know what they’re doing!

I had a roof replaced on my pool house. JC&C did a great job. Replaced the plywood and put on the new roof. And best of all cleaned up the whole mess before leaving. Job well done!

After a long period of research, including watching many videos on YouTube, reading many reviews at publicly posted sites, and doing exhaustive research on the type of shingles and other roofing materials, I finally settled on Malarkey Roofing Products. That decision led to a search for Malarkey Certification of an Emerald Premium Contractor, in the Houston-area — only a handful of Roof-installation companies are certified by Malarkey at that level. I invited 3 Emerald Premium Certified Contractors, to my home to inspect the roof, and attic, and to give me a detailed estimate. After a review of several factors, including the depth of inspection, valuable suggestions, transparency in their estimates, straightforward answers to my questions, and detailed explanation of the project, among other factors, I finally settled on JC&C Roofing Company. My roof was installed in June 2024, and the project was finished in a timely manner. Christian Hernandez, the co-owner, led the project from start to finish, and it was a pleasure to work with him, and with his office staff, including Yolanda and Jennifer Hernandez, who were always very helpful. After the installation, I called them for a few issues related to a leak from the chimney, not the roof, and Christian was gracious enough to come to my house, and explain the issues with the chimney that needed to be addressed, even installing a tarp on the entire Chimney, without charging me, to prevent leakage, until the chimney is repaired. I am very satisfied with the service provided by JC&C Roofing Company, and recommend them without any reservation.
