So, I called an emergency locksmith for my supposed top-tier, “nobody’s-getting-in-here” deadbolt. You’d think they’d try, I dunno, picking it first? Nah. The dude just whipped out a drill, went full demolition mode, and wrecked the lock in like two minutes flat. Told me, “Oh, that’s the only way,” like I’m supposed to just nod and hand over my wallet. Now I’m stuck buying a brand new (and stupidly pricey) high-security lock, plus paying someone to stick it on. All this just because I locked myself out. Honestly, what a scam.

In reality, our locksmiths are trained professionals who use the most efficient and safe methods to resolve lockouts. If a lock is damaged or needs to be replaced, we would never simply drill into it without exploring other options first.

It took over an hour for the driver to get here, when he originally called and said he would be here in 30 minutes. My door was already cracked open, and the lock was easily reachable, and he charged me $100 with tax. Definitely overpriced compared to any other locksmith I've dealt with in the past.

worst guy made the keys couldn't start it and left and still charged me 50 for 2 keys that didnt even work🤦🏽♂️ and was tryna charge me 600 at first but den came down to 250 because i told em it was to pricey just cuz i have a good truck u can make ur own prices charge what it is and a different company came out and they made me a new key and its working now thank u for nothing
