The scientists here also very friendly, polite and in professional. I really recommend My Genome if you want to have WGS, WES or microbiological test such as Mycoplasma test, sterility test etc... Their good service truly will exceed my expectations!

On Pcr test staff WhatsApp bio (business account), it says, Busy! Don’t Call after 6! Is this how you conduct a business account? It’s your job, what happened to customer service? Have some work ethics

This is one of the PCR covid test centre recommended by the Embassy of China. I came here to do my PCR test for pre flight to China. All was good and efficiently done, from the call enquiry, to the online appointment to the test itself. The PCR test is done outside the building. If you drive, there is no need to park your car. Whether you drive or take a transport there, you just need to walk around the building and you will find it. The results are sent via WhatsApp by 6pm on the same day.

I came here for fast report but regretted. Went to do PCR and Antibody test. they do it outside the building by setting up temporary tents in the morning around 8am, take sample very quick compare with other Lab in hospital. What I observe, 1. there are no social distancing control at all, you could see many patients are less then 1m distance in the queue. 2. they dont even check your mysejahtera to ensure you checked in, many people there didnt check in mysejahtera because there is only 1 QR code for us to scan at tent no. 1 which many of us would not notice it as we all queuing at tent no. 2. 3. As compare with Lab in hospital, there are much less patients do test although they could produce report within the same day which should be their core advantage, I believe there must be reason behind but i realize this after i done everything. What i experienced, They send this sample to the lab upstairs of their building, ALPS to do the test. After we got report, we dont have the right person for the interpretation. The general line was answer by any of their company staff whom know nothing much about the report, when you ask more detail they keep saying they are not the one doing the test, and they dont even try to get the right person to interpret for you. Very obvious, the company is doing 'business', and there are a numbers of 1 star rating although not many reviews here should give us the answer about the quality. I should see the review here before i do my test.

Do not reply on this place for testing for predeparture PCR Test with QR code. Do not rely on the information they provide: I called up last week to arrange a PCR Test for a Predeparture Certificate with QR code. After confirming with the customer service that they do this. I arrived today and they gave me the runaround going upstairs to the 2nd floor then back outside. After all was done, 1. I did not have an appointment - they did not care. 2. They don’t know if they have certificates with QR code’s - they did not care. This is one of the panel clinics in the Singapore Airlines list. I will also contact Singapore airlines. To think that I have a flight in two days and I would not have booked this is crazy. They just don’t care. Do not bother with this place. Go somewhere else.
